Friendly & swift check in & good standard of accommodation. Great setting & location (at the greatest football club on the planet). Breakfasts are a let down but plenty of choice in nearby environs. A good choice if you get a good deal.

This hotel is very conveniently located in Hammersmith with fantastic transportation links. The hotel staff were very accomodating and the room was clean. The bathroom was large with a great shower. I would definitely recommend this hotel to other people looking to stay in southwest London.

When we alighted at Shepberds Bush tube station, we only had to walk 100 yards to see the entrance to w12 rooms. A staff member greeted us at the top of the flight of stairs and after our details were processed, we were shown to our room, given a door keycard and the wireless code. Very happy.
Room was a deluxe double with a shower. We were on the corner of the building and there was a lot of sunlight so we kept the curtains drawn. There was a lot of noise from outside but my partner is a heavy sleeper and I had read other reviews so had ear plugs and a night mask. No problem.
Bed was comfy, tea making facilities and TV all good. Shower was nice - a little stiff to adjust the heat but I wouldn't mark the room down for it. We stayed on night to see a gig and would stay again.

On the north bank of the Thames, residential Hammersmith retains a bustling, city-centre feel with high-street shops and offices. The area around the magnificent 19th-century suspension bridge is often busy with those visiting Hammersmith's riverside pubs, especially in April when the annual Oxford-Cambridge boat race passes by. Fulham’s main thoroughfare, the Fulham Road, is filled with smart bars, chic restaurants, and fashionable boutiques. The area is best known for Stamford Bridge, the home stadium of football team Chelsea FC.
