“Just as nice, but a lot less money”

I wasn't aware of the hotel. I stay at the Hampton next door usually. The Hampton was full so I noticed this hotel's address was right next door. The price was $35 less so I took a chance. From now on, I will be saving the $35 and staying here. The Hampton has nothing on this hotel but charges a lot more for it!

“Wedding Stay”

Stayed here for a wedding and found it to be clean and spacious. Staff was friendly and helpful and the hot breakfast was good. Indoor pool was nice. We would stay again.

“Very friendly staff”

We were in Hammond for a funeral and needed a room. Several hotels were already booked, so we picked the Comfort Inn(even though they had a poor review on this site) because they had rooms available. We were pleasantly surprised. The front desk, housekeeping and security were all very friendly and helpful and the room was very comfortable.

“Met the basic needs”

I stayed here for only one night for a business trip. I was extremly frustrated that I wasn't able to access their wireless internet. I had to keep going to the front desk to have them reset the connection, then they made me call network support. Othere than this...the hotel was just your basic low budget hotel.

“Clean and new”

Everything looks newly refurbished, from the carpet to drapes, linens, paint, wallpaper, bathroom tile to the brand new exercise equipment - a first in all my hotel experiences. My room was spacious. Indoor pool and hot tub were nice, but in the summer time, the enclosed space where they are is sweltering and could use more ventilation. Location right off the highway is convenient.
