“Great Place!”

This place was very comfortable and even had a great complimentary breakfast with reasonable times of availability. I'd definitely stay there agian :)

I was very pleased with this hotel. The staff checked me in quickly, the rooms were very nice, the location was great, and they had breakfast each morning. Great restaurants are very close, and it was all an excellent experience.

No complaints - all worked well. Right off the main street, close to shops and stores.

“Not impressed”

We made our reservations months ago and requested 2 rooms next to each other. That didn't happen -they told us first come/ first serve on check-in - although my husband checked in at 3 - which is check in time! The ac didn't work right - rooms were very sticky and humid - nothing dried. Several rusty areas in the room (like the kleenix holder and door hinges - pretty gross). Several mornings coffee was not even made for the "free" breakfast. The housekeeping staff was totally mediocre - hallsdidn't seem to get vacuumed and elevator floor was dirty - even our room was not vacuumed as we found bits os paper still in the same place each day...we had to go ask for toilet paper as they weren't replacing...

“un-comfort”

Chose this hotel because of price and hotel name. At the time it was 10 lower than other hotels in same area. They were doing some renovating on the floor I was staying on. The major complaint was the mattress and sheets/cover. For me it's location, bed/comfort and a clean room are most important. Not worth the money saved, pay the extra ten bucks! Staff was friendly, didn't complain to the front desk, just an overnight stay and I travel frequently.

“Never again”

Never again will I stay at this hotel. It smells so bad here, I don't want to breathe. I checked in late, and it was a full house therefore, I couldn't get another room and it was too late for me to check out and go somewhere else. OMG never again!!!
