The place is dated. I'm certain there are more comfortable and better priced options available in the immediate area. I would not stay there again.

Our family spent one night here and we were very happy with the entire experience. Checkin took about 3 minutes and the staff was awesome! The bistro breakfast is a nice change from buffets.

The hotel was very cozy and comfortable. Warm welcoming for guests to stay. Very convenient. Well worth your money. Hotel staff is good but some were not friendly.

Wrong Room... Twice

Cons: Staff training and responsiveness to customers. The design of the parking lot is horrible. Tight radius turns and a dead end spur.
When we checked in, we went to our assigned room, the key card worked but the room was occupied. There were people in the room. They said there was a stain on the bed and they were waiting to be assigned another room. When we went to our second room, there was someone there at the door trying to get in who had been assigned the same room but their key didn't work.

Friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast

Pros: The staff was amazing and the Paul Mitchell shampoo/conditioner was a great touch. Also, the breakfast was great!!!
Cons: Smell in hallways
Location: Lots of restaurants (good ones)
The staff really lightened our mood as we were traveling for a funeral. Felt welcomed and comfortable. Obviously it was a business travel type of place, so regular amenities like mini bar, new carpet and lack of sock smell weren't going to happen, but I'd stay here again for a funeral or work or some such thing. Get the breakfast. You won't be disappointed.

Great Louisiana Hospitality. As of December 2013 one side of this hotel had been remodeled and we got that room with the new bed and new carpet. Mattress was very comfortable, but top cover could have had another blanket. Bathtub could use an update as well. Overall this 3-star hotel is a great buy for the money. Free internet and great lobby to work in and have a decent "hotel" meal.

Half way home

Up to the Courtyard standard. Plenty to do and eat VERY close. Not too far from the Interstate. Not enough Parking!
