Could be nice but everything dark and closed

Hotel lobby area could be nice but all the lights were always off. The pool was dirty and the hot tub was filthy.

Pros: The location
Cons: attention to guest needs. The staff acted as if they could care less if you needed help. The only person who cared was the front desk clerk on days.
Location: Good food places, and close to town
My experience was OK at best. We had towels for one day only, and we were staying 2 days. I went to the front desk to ask if she could get me some towels. She told me there were no towels and she could not get any, end of conversation.. We dried with wash clothes the next morning.

Magnuson has potential

Pros: Lobby/breakfast/pool areas are far better than the actual rooms. Free breakfast was above par. Indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub was decent.
Cons: Overall, the place just needs some work. Lots of potential with this place which has a very good bar area but it wasn't open.
Location: Good location for the Hammond area. Ate at Don's Seafood across the street and it was excellent.
This hotel overall is just below OK. The rooms need a serious upgrade. We paid $99 per night and this place is more of a $59 a night motel.

I was pleasantly surprised! Excellent breakfast! Bed was very comfortable. Price was good thru Expedia! I will be going back when I am traveling thru again.

Pros: Breakfast was good
Room 154 - ceiling falling down, carpet had not been vacuumed, heater did not work, toilet had urine in it -------- Room 158 - needs door plate stating 158, hole in wall in bathroom , broken lamp, trash under chair --- sidewalks need painting /// so disappointed in our hotel choice we asked for a refund, told we would have to contact Expedia to get our money back - please feel free to send us a refund check

Far from the city

The hotel ran out of towels, the bathroom was dirty and a stain was in my beed. No tv remote as well

Pros: the lobby, didn't have a chance to use the pools or exercise rm
Cons: food and the rooms
Location: awful chineese buffet down the road
the lobby was beautiful and fancy, the rms were just ok, comfortable and clean. brkft buffet was disappointing and not very gd. the town rolls up at 8p. no where to eat after that. but close to nola.

Pleasing, Enjoying

Pros: Location and clean. Didn't stay for the breakfast.
Cons: Not much.
Location: Was just passing through on my way back home to Texas.
I only experienced no towels in the room. I had to ask for towel and was told to wait for 15 mintues it took them 30 mintues to bring me the towels. Other then that we were okay with the room we were there to sleep and head out earlier the next morning. My stay was only 9-hours. Had a good rest. Thank you.
