Quality Inn & Conference Center

This hotel is ok. Lobby is beautiful which leads you to believe the rooms are at least clean... But they are not. Mold on bathroom ceiling as well as peeling paint. Soap scum in tub. Dead bugs in the light fixtures and the carpet needed some deep cleaning. Staff was friendly, pool, hot tub and exercise room were ok-need some cleaning and maintenance. I do recommend the breakfast. Eggs and biscuits were great. Would stay here again if the rooms reflected the lobby.

Just went to get away. It was quite the room was clean and the Wifi connected on point everytime. Enjoyed the stay and will be back :)

very quiet and relaxing

The hotel was hard to find. The internet in the section my room was in was out. Made it very hard to work with the internet down. Staff was not willing to move me to another room with working internet. Also, the toilet was filled with hair. It was never cleaned.

Customer service was horrible, rooms need serious upgrading, air condition kept coming on like someone was breaking in, & the bathroom was nasty!! This place should have been alot cheaper than what we paid. We will not be going back!

We were looking for a place to crash off of I-10, and this hotel was great for that albeit a little far from the freeway. The lobby was nice, and they have an in-door pool. Wifi was spotty in our room, but there was a good signal in the lobby. The continental breakfast had only a few items: biscuits, grits, cereals, and a couple of pastries. Our experience was overall positive, but the rooms were overpriced given the quality of the hotel.

Front desk was very helpful. hotel room clean. Air conditioner could have put out colder air.
