Staff was rude upon arrival, when questions were ask about a deposit, long wait time at desk, also booked more than one night, the next morning, they tried to make me leave. staff had to refer to computer to fix reservation. Saw I booked more than one night and that all nights were paid, wasn't offered anything for. The inconveniences that we had but staff apologized

Property was not safe, people drinking, smoking on the hallway…music was playing loudly. We not able to rest. I will not recommend it nor will I ever stay again.

The deadbolt on the hotel room door would not lock. The key to the hotel door did not work several times and I had to go to the service desk and the receptionist had to let me in my room.

When we first got in the room and notice the end was off the chain lock to the door. I tried to turn on the lamp, it was unplugged. My sister tried to turn on the television, it to was unplugged. I took the sheets of my bed cause they weren’t clean and used the sheets I had purchased. The bathroom, idk if they were in the process of remodeling or what! Not a good stay at all, won’t be back again.

Pros and cons, overall ok
Everything looked clean except the tub. Everything looked in good condition, loved that it did not have carpet! The office employees looked unkept and were not very friendly. There was no washcloths in the room, only towels. It was quite and you can walk across to Cracker Barrel.

Problem, found a opened somewhat empty can of dog food in the unit wrapped in a opened white plastic bag and killed 4 small brown roaches, I did bring this to the office, and showed the woman, she asked me to put it in the trash outside. Don’t know if she made a report or not

My stay at Super 8 was great. The Ladies that took care of me was friendly and courteous. Checking in was friendly the cleaning ladies were very nice and helpful. The room was fresh and clean. Enjoyed the stay. Thank you Super 8!

The toilet was very loose and hit the wall. The bed on left side had loose parts that made a horrible sounds with every little movement. Bathroom door hard to close. Other than that it was clean. Sheets smell of clean bleach. Room cooled down on arrival. Hot water when needed. Even had sausage biscuits to put in mic.

This is our second stay here within 3 mths . We love the fact each separate stay our rooms were extremely clean. I absolutely love the fact there is no carpets in either room we stayed in on those 2 separate occasions and helps with my personal asthma’s. linens smells fresh and the mattresses are absolutely comfort. No noice level never disturbed any one of my nights stay. I have never stayed with Super 8 until this review. I have all positive reviews from check-in through our complete night sleeps. Very Cozy and comfortable.
