“Farnborough Beauty!”

Staff was professional and courteous. Check in was prompt, they allowed me into my room several hours early and were flexible on my check out time. Hotel is clean, comfortable, and quiet. I will stay here again on my next visit. Pub had a good selection of beers and sports on TV.

Superb new Hotel located in Farnborough. Excellent leisure facilities with stylish comfortable rooms complete with all mod cons. Plenty of free parking.

Normally use the Holiday Inn, but as that was booked used this - I will be using it from now on. Comfortable rooms, good food, friendly staff, first rate facilities. Rooms are slightly small, but still big enough.

It was quiet and you can't hear your 'neighbour'. Breakfast self-service fairly good choice. The staff is friendly and greet you and take you to the table.

Helpful and pleasant staff. Hotel itself was fantastic - gym and health club facilities were superb.

A relatively new hotel so the condition of things are very good. Rooms are well equipped (Ironing board, hair dryer etc - even an ipod dock). Each room has its own air con control and there is a window that opens too (so you don't need to rely on the aircon which is nice). Wifi works well in the rooms. The pool and gym are great. A couple of elements missing - why no hooks in the bathroom ?? (on the back of the door?). We were a couple and there was only one large towel. Decor and lighting is very dark though - feels like a design from 10 years ago even though it's quite recent. Hotel is very busy on weekends, everyone leaves things to the last minute so the restaurant was very full for breakfast (and felt a little under-staffed). There is a Starbucks in reception but you're better off elsewhere as it'll take forever to get served. All in all it's a great value for money, just feels that the management should throw a few more staff into it for the busy times.

As we travel all over England with our dogs,its always wonderful to find a hotel that accepts pets,and make them welcome. Staff were very nice and we will certainly go back again.

“Fit for purpose”

This is a modern hotel with excellent facilities. The gym is very well equipped and there is a large swimming pool which is good for lane swimming. We were disappointed there was no bath in the hotel room and the hotel receptionist was not particularly helpful. The hotel is in a convenient location close to the main shopping area of Farnborough. This hotel proved to be good value for money. We would recommend it to other visitors of Farnborough.
