Had a very bad experience with the valet at this property. They unfortunately have a prejudice, some guests were greeted with open arms, umbrellas and speedy service. Other guests like ourselves were left to sit out in the rain and had to call the hotels main line to send someone out. Wouldn’t of minded but to see others receive the service we didn’t, don’t quite understand we also had a patient with us and chose this establishment as said illness meant we couldn’t travel abroad. Have been fortunate enough to travel to majority of the four seasons worldwide. I don’t think this property upholds four seasons standards at all. The spa is very disappointing and staff do not greet you when walking around the premises. Definitely a wasted journey of precious time for our family.

The hotel and staff are very good and the facilities are great. If you are a family with young children, this is an amazing hotel. If you are a couple, be prepared to be surrounded at dinner, in the bar and at breakfast by crying toddlers running around. There should be a lot more consideration about where people are sat for dinner; we were surrounded by three tables of tired children who did not give us a moments peace. Watch out for overcharging when leaving, we were billed for someone else’s drinks and charged £22 for asking the buffet breakfast staff if there were any eggs. They did remove the charges in the end.

Amazing staff, great facilities and outdoor. Nice dining experience. The only negative comment is the quality of the kids buffet. Though is idea is good, the quality is poor. A small improvement needed to make the experience just perfect.

My husband gifted me the stay for my birthday and I thoroughly enjoyed my time. The hotel surprised use with an upgrade, and they even had prepared a birthday cake for me. The facilities and grounds are beautiful, with plenty of options to walk and discover the Hampshire countryside. Under the current Covid rules one needs to book into the restaurants for dinner and breakfast, as well as reserving time slots to use the pool and spa area. All were available at our requested times though, and it never felt too crowded. I would recommend the property to anyone who is looking for a luxurious getaway.

We would love to return. Lovely stay.
We returned after staying in the summer because we enjoyed it so much. Rooms have been refurbished , with comfortable modern interior, large TV and lovely bathroom. The service was warm and friendly, excellent breakfast! They gave us an upgrade, a birthday treat for my niece, gifts for the children, excellent children’s pool as well as spa and fitness facilities for adults. Thank you for making our weekend memorable.

Family friendly stay - highly recommended
Excellent and efficient service by staff. Food quality very high, comparable to top restaurants in London. Great for families, kids amenities and meals provided. We really enjoyed our stay and would like to return. The bedrooms have been recently modernised and refurbished. The hotel was extremely busy with many events, guests arriving in cars and helicopters, swimming pools were very busy at times. At the moment, it may not be an ideal time to visit if you are a couple or a group of adults looking for a quiet stay.

Hidden gem in the UK
Amazing hotel, great attention to detail with lovely staff, the Wild carrot restaurant serves very good food, perfect for family with the kids waterfall pool, the gym has a good range of classes with very highly skilled fitness trainer, highly recommend it.

Fabulous place with so much on offer but check your final bill when leaving. We had £600 worth of food and drink on there that didn't belong to us!!!

Magnificent hotel with lots of excellent facilitie
We only came for Two days but felt as if I had been away for a week. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful , the rooms are magnificent and luxurious with super comfortable beds and luxuries toiletries.We were upgraded to a heritage room which overlooks the gardens. There’s a fabulous spa Where I had a really relaxing massage. Additionally there is an outdoor Jacuzzi and an indoor swimming pool with plenty of beds so that you can relax either inside or outside in the sunshine we were very lucky that the weather was super! Besides the gym and fitness rooms the hotel offers a varied selection of classes and you can avail yourself of the bikes and cycle around the property. Other facilities include a children’s play area also a type of go ape style adventure course and horseriding. If that sounds too energetic you can always go for a lovely walk around the gardens and into the beautiful walled garden with the magnificent flowers. Just before we headed back home we Booked to do some clay pigeon shooting besides being so much fun the instructors was so nice and patient and friendly and I really really enjoyed it. I can’t wait to come back thank you so much

Historic manor house with modern rooms added to a high standard. We paid extra to stay in the historic main building and that was worth it. The modern rooms are furnished to a high spec but felt a bit like an upmarket conference room. Apparently before Covid they rented out the whole hotel for weddings and I can imagine that would work well. Beautiful walk along a historic canal nearby and Odiham is a cute village. Four Seasons knows how to train its staff and the food was good, though the restaurant was a bit casual for our liking.

Fantastic stay great spacious room with a lovely view,dinner with our dog Charlie in the lounge area was lovely as was the actual hotel and it’s grounds.Spa treatment was super relaxing.Highly recommend this hotel lots to do great pool and sporting activities too aswel as lovely walks.We will definitely return.

Having stayed in some of the most fabulous hotels in the world and other four seasons hotels I must say I was taken aback by the sloppy service of the restaurant staff and the quality of food. The staff are pleasant enough but not well trained for five star Service. If you are a foodie please stay away you will be disappointed.
