“New Milton's hidden gem!”

My partner and I were pleasantly surprised by the professionalism, service and beauty of the place. This is not your typical hotel as there is no 24hrs concierge however they compete with the best 5* with ease when it comes to efficiency, service and comfort. Ok we were the youngest couple in there as the average guest and restaurant client seem to be over 55 but the staff is young, very well groomed and mannered. Book a table at the restaurant in advance though as it gets packed and for good reason, the food is oustanding! Will definitely be back. This is a hidden gem, restaurant, accomodation and locations are amazing.. truly fantastic value for money. They deserve all the awards they got for the food and more! PS: Only 20mins walk from New Milton rail station or 6mins on a cab which you can get right outside the station for only £5.

“Nicest Hotel”

The hotel is excellent, with staff that could not be more helpful.

“Beautiful setting”

A beautiful setting, although the room was small. Breakfast (included) was delightful as the fine weather meant we could sit on the terrace but the hours of 10-11am were a bit restrictive.

“Comfortable, but really a restaurant”

Pebble Beach is very clean and comfortable, however, it has no services to speak of. You check in at the restaurant hostess desk with the wait staff. The staff was not minimally friendly and the woman helping us made a fuss that check in was at 2 pm and it was only then 1 pm and she didn't know if the room was available. It turned out that only 1 of 4 of the rooms was occupied, so it was available. Initially, she gave me Room 4 which is comfortably furnished but does not have a proper shower. The ceiling slopes over the bathtub with handheld shower attachment so it's not possible to stand up in "shower." Based on this, I asked for a different room and it wasn't until I pointed out that it wasn't possible to stand up in the "shower" that I was reluctantly given Room 3. Room 3 is very nice with an actual shower and a bit of a sea view. The bathroom could do with a shelf for toiletries, but otherwise was very comfortable. The bed was comfortable and the lighting was good. Note that it is not possible to make outgoing telephone calls from the rooms. The continental breakfast is ample.

“Ok”

Excellent bed. Friendly staff. But the room was disappointing, it felt cramped because it had to much furniture for its size. It also over looked a wall and the kitchen roof. Over all we thought it was not worth the money.
