“A "home from home" experience”

This hotel has a wonderful atmosphere. The staff are pleasant & caring. The restaurant within the hotel is really excellent, and the breakfast that is served as part of your stay is the most outstanding one I ever had! Many different cereals, 4 different dried and cut fruit available, yogurts, and on top of this a full cooked breakfast of sausage, tomato, bacon, baked beans, scrambled egg, mushrooms and its all-you-can-eat! What a great start to every day there! Rooms are clean and the beds comfortable.

Getting there

I found it best to rent a car from Heathrow airport. The hotel is in the countryside which makes it a very pleasant stay but not as accessible as hotels close to public transportation. Even with insurance and damage waiver it cost 204 pounds for a week. If you have the time to stay that long a car is the best way there. Get a GPS in the car though, this is sooooo helpful and eleminates the stress of navigating as well as driving on the other side of the road (for some!)
