Highly Recommended Accommodation and Owners.Posted Sep 18, 2013
Pros: The fiendliness, sincerity and help from the hosts (owners).
Cons: Perhaps a brighter light in the room in which I stayed.
Location: It was out in the country between Romsey and Southampton, but only a short drive from North Baddesley which had a very nice pub that did excellent mea
Although the narrow road to this farm was a challenge to a North American visitor, the converted Farm had very comfortable rooms in a beautiful setting. The owners, Mike and Chrissy were very friendly and sincere people. Mike was extremely helpful with advice on driving and parking in the City of Southampton, printing out maps for me. Also they never charged me extra for a cooked breakfast even though my Expedia price only actually included a continental breakfast. (Contrast this with another place I stayed when I was charged an exhorbitant amount for a dinner with the owners - see my review anbout the Glebe House in Muston (near Grantham).

Great LocationPosted Aug 21, 2013 on Hotels.com
This B&B is set in a beautiful location with good facilities. We enjoyed our walks in the grounds. The farm has horses and welcomes dogs Lovely to have a shared relaxation room to go into as an alternative to our room. Breakfast coissants and home made jams - very tasty!

Lovely romantic stop-overPosted Jun 3, 2013
Pros: Countryside and hosts
Location: beautiful farm area
Lovely place but definitely needing a car. We chose it to stop for 2 days before our ship departed Southampton and while the hotel and the grounds are beautiful, it is very remote and only serves breakfast. $10 each way to the nearest restaurant and 20 each way to Southampton made it an expensive stay.
