“Great Choice”

Great location to scout eastern end of NH. Front desk was very courteous and extremely helpful. The only issue I and many other guests had, was the breakfast. It does need improvement. But for a reasonable priced hotel, thats clean and comfortable, you cant beat this place.

Area recommendations

Portsmouth for its charm and shops. College town , where many work the stores. Met many nice people, both local and visitors. Plenty of fine restaurants too.

When to go

Hampton Beach, Portsmouth , Kangaumagus Trail and Salem.

“A great stay for the price with many conveniences!”

I really enjoyed my stay with 3 other ladies at this hotel. We had a room with 2 queen beds which was very cozy and nice - plenty of pillows, clean! Really enjoyed the savings of a free hot breakfast that offered everything. Did not take advantage of the pool or hot tub -but they are there! Convenient, clean, friendly staff. Highly Recommend!

“Won't stay anywhere else now!”

It was cleanly and comfortable with everything we could need. The fridge/freezer combo was particularly awesome as we planned a picnic at the beach for the next day and had a place to put our food. The bed was so comfortable and the free internet was so easy to use. Plus a free breakfast buffet! It wasn't excessive; it had everything it needed without being too much. I would go back to Hampton Beach and stay there just to relive that perfect experience!

Area recommendations

Go see Hampton Beach; it was my favorite of the NH Beaches. Plus you only pay for parking. But see for yourself! It's an easy (and short) drive down the coast (all beaches are visible) and it is beautiful; worth the gas on a beautiful day. Also, go up to Portsmouth to have seafood downtown and visit the Stawberry Banke. It is a great weekend getaway.

“Will surely go back if in Hampton again!!”

Very nice stay at this Best Western Hotel. Morning buffet was good. The staff was very friendly.The room was clean and nice. The kids had a lot of fun at the pool. Overall 4 out of 5 on everything.

“Not Impressed”

room came with breakfast buffet served until 930a, went down at 9, no hot food left except a few pieces of sausage. Many more behind us that went without too. room was suppose to have free wi fi, had to go to desk to get password, then there was no way to connect. air conditioner made a very loud noise. thin walls in bathroom, could hear the people next door.

“Loved the pool and Hot Breakfast!!!”

Came up to celebrate my mother's 75th Birthday. My brother loved the pool and hot tub. The Hot Breakfast was great eggs, pancakes,home fries, and so much more. What a great deal.

Area recommendations

Hampton Beach is a short ride away. Lots of things to do on the same road.

“A short but pleasant stay”

Excellent stay for 2 days and nights. Breakfast was more than adequate, and served in a pleasant dining room/lounge atmosphere. Uniformed waitresses were very cooperative, The front desk was efficient and polite. The only down side was the noisy bath fan and even noisier heat/AC fan. Unique room arrangement stole toiletry storage space from the bath -- no shelf to compensate for pedestal sink. These were minor glitches in an otherwise well-manged facility. Pool and jacuzzi were clean, comfortable, and situated away from room corridors. This unobtrusive and comfortable location would be our first choice on a return trip.
