Friendly and helpfulPosted Aug 28, 2013 on Hotels.com
Kathy at the front office is so nice and friendly. She was so nice that my brother cancelled his reservations somewhere else and booked a room there.

Very nice staffPosted Aug 26, 2013
Pros: Nice staff, the facilities offered what we required.
Cons: Some of the equipment was rather cheap - especially in the fitness room. The bathroom though relatively new looking, did seem like it might fall apar
The hotel offered everything we needed: free wireless, free breakfast, fitness room, safe in room, etc. It was kept very clean. The staff was quite helpful.

clean, comfortable stop for travelersPosted Jul 27, 2013 on Hotels.com
I was there for a business trip. It was clean, comfortable, and had all the necessary amenities. It's in a part of town that closes down by early evening.

Good hotel to stay in- close to Kings CanyonPosted Jun 17, 2013
Pros: It was adequate for the money. A good place to stay after seeing the Park.
Location: Kings Canyon and Sequioa Park. One day we took a side trip to nearby city of Exeter where they had huge painting on the sides of building.Interesting!
We used this hotel ( the three Rivers one) simply as a place to stay for our vacation to Kings Canyon Park. The room was clean and in no state of disrepair. The free breakfasts' were very good-hot items as well as cold. The pool we did not use. The staff was friendly and helpful. Really, there is nothing bad to say about it- just a good hotel to park yourself after a full day of sightseeing and hiking.

Trains are a problem!Posted Jun 8, 2013 on Hotels.com
Staff was very nice and breakfast was fine. Lots of cable tv stations available which was nice. Unfortunately, trains run through Hanford all night long directly next to the hotel and blow their horns loudly and often -- it is hard to imagine staying here again on business -- I'll stay in another town and drive over in the morning next time!

Room needed major overhaul. Lamp broken, both lamp shades damaged, bathroom tile broken, door casing cracked and coming apart, needed paint, hair found on linen, night stand and in bathroom. Had 4 people in room-asked for 4 xtra pillows, only 2 available. Awoken by train whistle ( tracks right behind hotel) at 12:30 am, 1:00am and 1:30am. Was told night before that trains stopped running @10pm. Free breakfast would have been great if there was enough food to service all guests.

My commentsPosted May 13, 2013
Pros: Very hand to amtrack station
Cons: Bed Linen
Location: Excellent for people using the train
Bed Linen in rooms needs an update....quite old fashioned at the mement. Hotel needs wifi in the rooms Breakfast room needs to "flow" as it is at the moment you are triping over everyonen - by having to go back and forth
