Beautiful hotel in breathtaking surroundings. Architecture and design of hotel on another level to all other hotels I have stayed in around the world. Excellent service and fantastic services. Staff went well out of their way to help my injured mother-in-law move around the resort. Food in Rabiang Cha was took traditional Thai food a step further with innovative twists. Would highly reccommend to other travelers. Will be returning in 2012 for another holiday.

My husband and I spent one night at Oasis and didn't want to leave!!! One of the best places we have ever stayed and we have traveled quite a bit. Only minor complaints, which apparently are common for Asian hotels, was AC could have been a bit cooler and would prefer a sheet on the bed - duvet comforter was too hot with the AC level and I prefer sleeping with something over me. But those two minor things were not enough to give any rating less than excellent, Staff was amazing, were upgraded from corner suite to luxury suite. Loved the jacuzzi tub. All the lighting and natural woods made it seem that we were in our own removed world! The spa across the street was great as was breakfast and dinner at the adjoining property. Actually went back to restaurant another time. I would certainly return to this hotel for a longer stay if ever in Chiang Mai again!!!!!

Need a break from over-spicy food, pollution and the best spa my wife and I have ever experienced? Narritaya was our key to happiness after 4 weeks in Thailand. Yes, it is a bit out of the way from the tourist area of Chiang Mai, but we traveled in or out, as needed. The staff treats it like a Ritz Carlton with attentive personalized service and take care of every little detail. Everything from the food to the shampoo, soaps and teas are made from scratch with herbs and items from the garden grounds. They do all the little things right and can help you with anything. They packed me breakfast to go when we left for early morning tours. My wife said it was the best massage and facial she had ever had in her life (she is a spa pro). If you a spa-lover, yoga-enthusiast or just want attentive relaxation and fresh food, this should be your place of stay. I cannot say enough good things. Many thanks, Narritaya!

We have been there for few days to relax and discover Chiang Mai during the quiet season
Hotel team has always been very helpful and very very gentle
The place is very charming and quiet (15/20 min via tuk tuk from city center)
The pool is amazing and very hot, room very clean with lot of space and a private balcony. The hotel is located in the land close to a small village. From outside your room door you can see farmer working on their rice culture...
We realy enjoyed that place and strongly recommand it
Don't forget to ask hotel team for a map to go to the hotel for the tuk tuk drivers who always know where you want to go, but very often get lost :-)

This has to be one of the more unusual places I-ve ever stayed in - and I mean that in a positive way. The grounds are full of lush shrubs and trees. The accommodation is spread over a number of different Northern Thai style villas as well as a copy of a house lived in by a Scottish missionary over a hundred years ago. There are also some modern style villas and low rise accommodation units. I stayed one night on the upper floor of a Karen style house. It was comfortable and nicely appointed.
Staff were friendly and efficient. The breakfast included in the rate was perfectly adequate. I didn-t use the restaurant for dinner, but the resort seemed to be a popular place for locals to come for a meal.
All in all, a bit of an architectural feast with comfortable enough accommodation. It is some way out of town, so you would probably want to stay there for a few days at either end of a break in Chiangmai.
