Nice room but don't expect any servicePosted Sep 15, 2013 on Hotels.com
We stayed here for 3 nights in September. The room is comfortable and in good condition. The service is non existant. There is no reception in the entrance, there are a couple of girls sitting on the fifth floor, but they are absolutely useless. They didn't understand a word of English, and not even simple hand gestures. The maid barged into the room even though we were in it and asked her not to come in, there are no maps or assistance for tourists. The hotel is located in a convenient area, just above the night market and a 8 minute walk from the west lake.

A great place to stayPosted May 26, 2013
Pros: Tidy and modern with a young personality, had cooking facilities and a washing machine in the room.
Location: Great location right at the end of the night market street and just a couple minutes walk to the beautiful and famous lake
I reserved a cheap room at this Hotel so I had something for when I arrived in Hangzhou then decided I wanted to upgrade to something more fancy. The hotel staff were great to accomodate and took me on a tour of the hotel to look at rooms I may like. Found a beautiful modern room with a downstairs and upstairs bed looking over the city for just a small price more. It was a perfect match for myself and my friend staying with me.

Apartments not to recommendPosted May 21, 2013
First of all, hard to find. Then since this are apartments the reception was very poor, no english. The rooms are for smokers and if you book lakeview you will not see any lake
