The location is great. It's just on the edge of downtown Hannibal and very close to Mark Twain Boyhoid Home and Museum.

Everything was excellent except the room only had a sheer curtain over the windows which allowed the bright security light in the parking lot to shine into the room at night. The room needs to have a privacy curtain.

Oh no, I am so sorry you did not see that there are black out curtains behind the sheer curtains. They have the same pulls on them as the sheers. Dog gone it, I wish I would of known you were dealing with that, I would of come up and closed them for you. If you are ever back in this neighborhood, we would love to have you as our guest again. I will show you how those pull together. I hope the rest of your travels are safe and for you and yours to stay healthy.

Staff was pleasant. Room was tidy. Our light in the bathroom was out and our toilet wasn’t bolted down but it all was perfectly fine. They really are trying to keep up with everything and we had a great night sleep

Surprisingly nice and clean! There are two separate buildings, so if you are with a group or want to be were amenities are, be aware.

Great area. Walkable to lots of shops, restaurants, historic sites, riverboat, and more! Great friendly staff, and some nice amenities with pool, hot tub, and massage chairs in the lobby. Hotel is clean but showing its age. Our room was first floor and against a hillside, so no exterior windows and it feels a bit dark. Pretty much all the rooms on first level are off of the common pool area, so it was somewhat noisy until 10 pm. Thin walls and creaky floors so every time someone walks across floor of room above us or walks by the room speaking at a normal or raised tone we could hear it.

Everything was fine except the noise from the refrigerator in the room , the smell from the chlorine in the pool in the room , and the parking lot was difficult . We did like the room, the staff was excellent and so friendly , even the lady in the dinning room , and that at 74 years old that we didn’t have to walk down too long of walks from the elevator to our rooms . Thank you for a very pleasant stay .

The property is clean and seems well located if you are wanting to check out downtown Hannibal. Even though we had a first floor room next to the pool it was super quiet. Pool area looked nice but we didn’t use it. The hotel needs some updating though, feels like a hotel I would have stayed at on a road trip as a kid in the 1980’s. Rooms are smaller, parking tight, room kept losing TV and wifi signal. Almost $150/night seems rather high for this hotel.

Cigarette butts ground into the sidewalk at the bench in front of entrance. It was disgusting to see and would either suggest putting an ash tray of some sort outdoors for smokers or have an employee monitor the front entrance so the nasty cigarettes can be cleaned off the sidewalks.

The staff at this location is excellent! Overall, it felt like an exceptional value for the price, especially considering how close it was to the downtown attractions. There are also more amenities than I recall at other Best Westerns where I've stayed in the past, such as public massage chairs and a warm pool in the swimming area. These extra features made our stay very comfortable, and I would highly recommend this location to anyone who wants to experience what Hannibal has to offer!

This is an older facility with character. Staff do a great job making it a nice place to stay. Adjoining room was a bit noisy but the fan kept TV sound at bay.

Very nice place to stay. Friendly staff. Being handicapped I would suggest to put a horizonal bar in the middle of the tub to get in out of the tub.It only has one vertical bar at the end of the tub. Water temp was luke warm..
