nice olace close to Eilenriede
Nice place to stay when jn Hannover. Place is well located: close to highway, close to grocery store/bakery, at the border of the city forest. The rooms are functional and clean, the bed is confortable and the staff is extremely friendly.

Great location central to city and freeway entry. For the Expedia rate I got a tiny room in the basement. The tiniest hotel room I have ever seen. While staff is nice, operation appears a little stingy, producing a voucher for a bottle of water, internet access is given upon request on a little Print-out.

Great Place for a super clean room
Simply, all was close to perfect. Great front desk staff, also advised in train noise on those rooms facing tracks. Providing drinking (hot water) standard would have made it all perfect. Would stay here again.

Excellent value
Room was compact but very clean and well equipped. Staff were very friendly and welcoming and breakfast was excellent. Close to the tram and easy to find by road. Only criticisms are that the car park is quite small and it is close to a railway line - although this is only an issue if you need to open the window.

Stay was great. Staff is professional, competent, and friendly. Snacks and tea are usually available for free which is a nice touch. Breakfast was standard spread of breads, meats, cheeses, eggs, sweets, yogurt and cereal with all you can drink coffee (good coffee at that). Also have limited menu which offers delicious salads and some small items (pizza, soups) to get you by. My only recommendations would be to have a 'do not disturb' sign. If there was one, I didn't see it and house keeping woke me up twice (they start early and I wake up late). Also, the blankets are made of some synthetic material which made me overheat and sweat. Other than those minor issues, I had a great stay and would highly recommend them to others. Great location, great service at a reasonable price.

Don’t judge a book by its cover
Hotel Kleefelder Hof was a surprise. You shouldn’t judge a book by its cover. The only issue we had was the strength of the WiFi. If they can improve that, it’s a great hotel particularly for business travel.

Hannover hotel disappointing
I travel to 80 - 100 different hotels per year for the past 10 years (that’s mostly in Western Europe). This is my first review, because I’ve never been this ripped off or disappointed. From small things to obvious incompetencies. No hot coffee: Coffee was barely luke-warm at breakfast and when we so asked for another- it was the same. Internet didn’t work the evening we arrived. We need six different log in codes and a signature each time when trying again the following morning on any one of our three devises. (Waste of time - and other business guests chimmed in and added that they didn’t get it working either)The heater in the bathroom did not work, the blow dryer was cheap and old, the pillow was thinner than a pair of winter socks, the gym may as well not be there, less than half of the shower head’s spouts worked so almost no water pressure or water stream, very hard mattress and a small bed, thin walls (hello neighbour?!), the cleaners came in at 8:15am with one soft knock and then swiftly opened the door to say oh sorry as they got a glimpse of me still in bed. If you bring your own ear plugs then you won’t hear the large long trains whisking by. Upsides... hmm, a fantastic bartender, very clean, 2 free bottled waters upon check out, 24 hour front desk service. Not worth 250 Euro per person for a single room, for one night.

Perfect for a short stay
Good hotel for a short stay, clean comfortable and close to the trains. Not in the best position for restaurants or bars. Could do with modernising and an English TV channel. Gets expensive when a trade show is on but all the local hotels do!

Nice hotel conveniently located
I stayed here for 3 nights in a single room. It was simple but with all the comforts you need and was very clean. It did get a little stuffy at night, with the windows closed my room was completely soundproof even though there was a concert going on just down the road. The staff gave me good directions (in English) to the city and local landmarks and there is a bar (with small bar food but not restaurant) located within the hotel. I was very happy with the quality of the hotel for the price I paid and would stay here again.

Good hotel for a budget price
Good hotel rooms were clean and reasonably comfortable. Wifi worked well and the breakfasts were standard fare for this type of hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful, free onsite parking available. Location is a little bit out of city but is close to a metro line. Trains do run at back of hotel however not overly loud,but worth considering if you are a light sleeper.

Average at best, expensive for what we got.
We paid £84.00 for a "double" room, which was very basic and average. Firstly, on arrival we noticed our "double room" was 2 single beds pushed together (fair enough), with 2 single quilt covers...not really what we wanted. The room was incredibly dull, and did not look like any of the photos shown on the website. The only English channel on the TV would not work, along with several others. The bathroom was not great, and the shower may as well have been a hose pipe. For £84.00 I would expect a much better quality of room, very disappointed.

Vi fick ett stort rum med en rejäl hall, väldigt fint och fräscht. Utmärkt badrum med badkar. Lugnt och bra läge. Allt var toppen - förutom att vi hade otur med vårt dörrlås och personalen kunde inte få nyckelkorten att fungera, så vi fick köra utan nycklar och lås.

Schon vor der Anreise, wurde vom Hotel kontakt aufgenommen, wegen Anreise.Bei der Ankunft im Hotel wurde ich freundlich vom Personal empfangen.Ich hatte für die fünf Tage ein kleines 1 Zimmer App. gehabt.Auch wenn das Zimmer zu Bahnseite lag,konnte man gut schlafen.Die Serviskräfte im Hotel waren alle freundlich und zuvorkomment.Komme gerne wieder .

Aufenthalt war ok. Das Hotel hat hinsichtlich Ausstattung einen morbiden 80-er Jahre Charme. Mobiliar und Ausstattung sehr einfach, Bett und Schlafqualität allerdings sehr gut. Heizung im Zimmer funktionierte nicht und wurde auch nach Reklamation nicht repariert. Da ohne Frühstück gebucht, kann ich dazu nichts sagen.

das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut, das Personal war sehr freundlich das Hotel war sauber,unser Zimmer war von der Einrichtung her nicht top aber alles war sauber und ordentlich.Aber im Hotel gibt es wohl zwei Kategorien an Zimmern daher alles ok für eine Übernachtung.Wir würden gerne nochmal für einen weiteren Hannoveraufenthalt im Kleefelderhof übernachten.
