An excellent hotel in a convenient location.Posted Aug 26, 2013
It's a very clean and comfortable hotel in a convenient location, especially if you are travelling by train. The staff are friendly, helpful and efficient and the breakfast is excellent. If our experience is anything to go by, you won't be disappointed.

summer stayPosted Aug 14, 2013
Pros: friendly staff
Cons: soft beds
Location: very central all major shopping and attractions in walking distance
the rooms are facing west and have no air condition so during our stay the rooms got very hot in the afternoon and stayed hot during the night. Due to traffic noice it was not possible to keep the windows open. Furthermore the bed are too soft. Otherwise the hotel was renovated and clean the staff was very friendly.

Great for a short trip! Not ideal for summerPosted Aug 8, 2013
Pros: Central location
Cons: No fan or air conditioning
Location: Excellent central
The hotel was really nice in terms of cleanliness and quality! It was in an excellent and very central sitaution! close to the main station, shopping mall and had close links to anything and everything that one would need. However, the only problem I found was that the room had no fan or air conditioning especially when it was 30-36 degrees! Windows too big so couldnt be left open during the night making it unbearably hot! But overall it was a nice hotel, to stay central to Hannover.

Pleasant hotel but too hotPosted Aug 7, 2013
Lovely friendly helpful staff and big clean rooms, however, no air conditioning in room and when windows opened to cool down became almost impossible to sleep due to noise from street and trams. Rooms are excellently sound proofed when windows are shut, just lack of way to cool room down made it difficult to sleep.

Good central hotelPosted Jul 27, 2013
Pros: Convenient position, smart hotel, helpful staff
Cons: No air con (but that is only a problem if weather is very hot)
Location: 3 minutes walk from station - easy walk to underground, shops, restaurants and old town
This hotel is very convenient for the station and is also near the shopping centre. The staff are very pleasant and speak good English. The decor is very smart and the food is good. We were there for 3 nights during a heatwave (over 90F) so it was unfortunate that there was no air-conditioning and the bedroom (511) was very hot. However, we knew there was no air-con before we arrived, so it was a chance we took. The hotel provided an electric fan and a cool box (as the fridge was not working). Having the windows open at night meant putting up with noise from the street (trams and noisy passers-by) - so take earplugs if you want fresh air. Rooms at the back would be quieter. Plenty of wardrobe space, and excellent shower room.

Good for the pricePosted Jul 20, 2013
For the price the hotel was excellent for the lower price relative to some of the other hotels in Hanover. Short (5 minute) walk from the central train station. Only complaints are internet was a little choppy, no air conditioning, and pillows were a little too soft. Definitely recommend the stay.

Great for a short stayPosted Jun 29, 2013
Pros: Very central, large room and nice decor
Cons: Breakfast was expensive and you could probably get much better value at a nearby cafe
Location: Really central - only a few minutes walk from the train station. Check directions - those on the hotel website aren't very clear
The hotel is well situated for exploring Hannover. It's only a short walk from the train station, which has regular connections to the airport for 3 euros. The staff at the hotel were very helpful if not overly friendly. They still helped with every enquiry I had (leaving luggage, sending mail, a map of the area) very promptly. The outside of the hotel isn't very exciting but inside is extremely clean and well kept, with nice décor. The double room was very large, with decent facilities. The hotel has a bar and restaurant onsite but I didn't use these. Breakfast was fine but more expensive than I expected. Hot drinks, cereals, a hot and cold buffet, newspapers, etc. But it's about 15 euro if you don't book it ahead as part of your package. There are quite a few nearby cafes which would probably be cheaper.
