Local to the shopping centre and near public trans

Hotel was lovely clean and friendly staff, have stopped at Mercure in Warwick in England was also lovely no issues at all. We had Two rooms booked with you the only problem with room 414 was the door kept jamming. Little bit of noise from outside whilst sleeping due to building work. Other than that no problems will visit Mecure again

Nice hotel in quiet location close to city centre.

Cons: Found nothing that needed improvement.
Staff friendly and very helpful. As we are unable to speak German we found their English was very good. The rooms were a good size, they were very well maintained and the bed was comfortable. The price was very reasonable for the standard of the facilities. A quiet and peaceful stay.

Great hotel. Really pleasant helpful staff

Pros: Staff and facilities. Near to main station but far enough away not to be noisy
Cons: All was fine
Location: The hotel is close to the main station (5 minutes walk). If you buy the Niedersachsen rail ticket, you can travel in a very large area for 26e daily
We were greeted by extremely helpful staff right from the beginning. The room was spotless.

Quiet hotel reasonably close to town centre.

Pros: It was close enough to a Tram station without being in a noisy location.
Cons: TV wake-up alarm could be checked and removed after each guest leaves.
Location: The Hotel mercure is about 400m west of the HauptBanhof in Hannover. It overlooks a small park. There is a street market nearby on Saturdays.
Mercure Mitte is reasonably close to the centre of Hannover but is nevertheless in a quiet street overlooking a small park. The breakfast choice is wide, with plenty of healthy options as well as a cooked breakfast. Bed comfortable, bathroom clean and easy to use (some have taps which are complex to understand). I was disturbed by the TV giving a wake-up alarm at 6am on my first morning, presumably a hangover from a previous guest. Perhaps the staff could add it to their checklist whenever a guest leaves.

Disappointing Hannover

Quiet and comfortable

Great value. Hotel was clean, the room was spacious and comfortable, there is free wi-fi,and the staff are friendly and helpful. 15 minute walk to the main train station, and easy and quick metro connections to the garden and zoo. Some colleagues stayed in the downtown area, and found it noisy and difficult to sleep. No problems here, as it overlooks a park. We had a heat wave and the AC worked great!

Excellent Hotel quite close to the centre...

Pros: Everything was efficiently done - incredibly clean.
Cons: Breakfast could be a bit cheaper
From check-in to check-out staff could not have been more helpful. Lovely clean room, super breakfast (if expensive) and nice bar. Very relaxed stay. Stay again ? 100% !

Very Close to Mitte City Centre,

room Facilities were very accommodating, although the there were not enough international channels on the TV, when requested the hotel staff for a spare HDMI cable they did not have any. The location is extremely close to the city centre a walk through a small park and you're there.. The Internet is free but the speed is limited I recommend upgrading if you would like unrestricted internet access.
