The staff are incredibly helpful, especially Sofia who is one of the tour booking personnel. She went above and beyond when I was having troubles with getting ahold of my cc visa company overseas and helped me arrange my transport and bookings in various parts of Vietnam. Thank you so much for your kindness.

There was a unforeseen complication around my booking, but the staff was very proactive and upgraded my booking. The room was spacious and clean, and I liked the option of turning on the heather, because it is very cold at this time of year in Hanoi. The highlight of my stay was the staff, everyone is extremely courteous and friendly, including Stacy who helped me with my booking and answered my questions. Sophia is the friendliest hotel worker I have had the chance to meet. She has such a kind heart and she is very knowledgeable about activities to do around Hanoi. Thank you for all your help and for being outsanding at your job.
