“Fantastic Service & Sweet Little Touches”

Staff so welcoming, sweet and helpful. Didn't try to push tours, but warned about taxi scams & provided us with info. They also will call taxis & book restaurants if you need a Vietnamese speaker. Breakfast is included & quite bountiful: fresh fruits, cereals, breads and a variety of eggs & pancakes to choose made to order. Wifi in room and lobby was pretty fast. They put rose petals on the bed & stocked the room with fruit & water everyday. They left a bedtime snack of little cookies or yogurts. The location is on a busy Wod Quarter street, but our room was quiet & beds were comfortable. Overall, I loved it because the staff was so nice. They even made breakfast before time because of my early departure & organized a new room for my friend who was staying longer. I love Hanoi-- will be back--will definitely book The Art Hotel again. I recommend it to families, friends, singles & romantic couples. I saw all types of guests at breakfast in the morning & everyone looked happy! Thanks so much Art Hotel!
