At the center of old quarter. So many options within 5 minutes of walking. Highly recommend this hotel. The staff is so helpful and cheerful.

Best value for money in hanoi
The service is good. Breakfast serving is good with pre-order option available the night before as we had to rush to the airport at 7am the next morning. Water pressure in the hotel was the best i have had as compared to other hotels in hanoi. Room layout is decent and clean. The only inconvenience i had was the hotel was located in a no-car road zone. This makes it inconvenient to call a cab or minibus drop off especially for family with children or elderly.

깨끗하고 친절한 호텔
발코니가 있는 방을 선택해서 하노이 골목을 구경할 수 있었습니다. 스텝들 모두 매우 친절하고 어떤 문제가 생겼을 때, 신속하게 처리해 줍니다. 야시장에서 매우 가깝고, 조금 더 걸어가면 호안끼엠 호수와 성당까지 쉽게 갈 수 있습니다. 유명한 반미25가 바로 옆에 있습니다. 방은 무척 깨끗하고 넓은 편이며, 에어컨/티비/냉장고 등 잘 작동합니다. 화장실도 깨끗하고 넓습니다. 발코니쪽으로 문과 창문이 있어서 환기도 잘 됩니다. 방청소도 매일 해주는 것이 기본입니다. 하지만, 저는 방을 깨끗히 쓰는 편이라 격일로 부탁하고, 물과 타올만 매일 새로 받았습니다. 조식은 어여쁜 스탭 두 분이 직접 만들어주는 형식인데, 쌀국수/볶음면/오믈렛 그리고 서양인을 위한 빵종류 등 주메뉴와 샐러드/과일/쥬스 등의 메뉴가 있습니다. 저는 5일 동안 쌀국수와 볶음면을 먹었는데, 웬만한 맛집보다 훨씬 깔끔하고, 정갈하고 정말 맛있었습니다. (닭고기, 소고기 모두) 하롱베이 당일 투어 등을 호텔에서 예약해서 다녀왔습니다. 버스가 호텔 앞까지 와서 태우고, 저녁에는 호텔까지 데려다 줍니다. 공항에서 호텔 갈 때에는 그랩 택시를 이용하였는데 (주차비 승객이 내야함), 나중에 공항 갈 때는 호텔에서 제공해주는 차를 이용하여 차비를 호텔에 선지불하면 더 저렴하고 안전합니다. 다시 하노이에 갈 기회가 있다면, 이 호텔에 묵을 것입니다^^

El mejor personal de hotel de Hanoi.
Hotel en el casco antiguo de Hanoi, el personal de 10. Nos dieron una habitación superior a la contratada. Tuvimos un problena con la compañía aérea e hicieron todo lo posible por solucionarlo. Darle las gracias a Fiona y sobre todo a Hanah por ayudarnos con nuestro problema. Si vuelvo a Hanoi me volvería a quedar en este hotel por el trato recibido.

아주 좋았어요
아주아주 만족했어요! 서비스 정말 몸둘바 모를 정도로 친절하시구요. 외출할때마다 make up room 해뒀는데 항상 깨끗하게 청소해주셨습니다. 위치도 좋아요! 야시장, 맥주거리도 가깝고 호수까지도 10분 정도면 가구요. 바로앞에 반미 맛집도 있어요. 올드쿼터 내부라 여러모로 편리해요. 새벽 도착이라 24시간 프론트데스크인 것도 굉장히 좋았어요. I really like this hotel. The service was very nice, and the location is very convenient. It's basically close to every tour spot- the beer street, the lake etc. And the hotel was very clean. I also liked that the front desk was open 24 hours.

オー　ミステーク。han gaとhan caが２つあり、こんなにも落差がひどいとは！
同じホテルのhan gaiに泊まっており快適だったので、延泊すべく別途エクスペディアから予約を入れた。するとそれは同じホテル経営の別の場所han caであった事が判明。ここは狭すぎ、窓無し、ロケーション悪しの３拍子で最悪、料金もあまり変わらないようなのに落差が大きすぎる。 宿泊客もほんの数組、多分私と同じミステーク組？
