“Best kept secret in Hanio”

What a pleasant surprise, excellent, from the hotel driver picking up up from the airport at 11.30 pm the friendly faces of reception, this is a great hotel. We have a couple of meals in the courtyard setting at the front of the hotel and the quality of the meals were great. What really makes this a great travelling experience is the wonderful staff. An absolute credit. Highly recommended

This is an excellent hotel which we would recommend highly.Staff were very pleasant and helpful and spoke good english. The accommodation is of a high standard and the location is close to all the sights in Hanoi. We had ordered a car to pick us up from the airport and this was waiting for us on arrival. You won't be disappointed with the Conifer Boutique Hotel!

“You won´t regret”

Very convenient place, short walking distance from Old Quarter and Hoam Kiem lake. Even so, it is not noisy and crowded. Good Breakfast, very good staff and not expensive rates.Don´t need to pay extras for using of Internet and wi-fi in the room.

My wife and I had a lovely 7 night stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to all those who are looking for a hotel that has that personal touch. All the staff made you feel very welcome. The room was comfortable, clean and tidy and had a balcony to sit relax and have a beer, after a days exploring wonderful Hanoi.

great stay, staff very helpful, reccommended restaurants for us. nice area to walk around hotel. staff speaks english. everyone was very friendly. the room was more comfortabel than any other of the 5 hotels we stayed on during our trip.

I would have no hesitation in recomending this hotel to anyone. I'm not sure why it doesn't have a 5 star rating, as I believe it would be well warranted. It's perfect from the location, rooms, food and in particular the staff. They couldn't do enough for you and I had a good laugh with them as well. Front desk was extremely helpful in booking airline tickets to Da nang while I was on a tour. Was all to easy. It was a fantastic introduction to Vietnam and one that made my adventure begin on the right foot. I look forward to returning there soon.

“Impressive small hotel”

After spending four nights at the Conifer hotel in December, I would definitely recommend this hotel to a friend. The room was on the small side (by Western standards), but I found it to be comparable if not bigger than a lot of European hotels. The staff was very helpful and their English was quite good. They always went out of their way for me. The complimentary breakfast every morning was a nice bonus. The hotel is located close to Hoan Kiem lake and very close to the Old Quarter. I was very pleased with my stay at Hotel Conifer!

“Lovely boutique hotel”

Great location. The staff are very pleasant and accommodating. The rooms are plenty big enough and very clean. The first floor restaurant is compact but the food is good. We had a light dinner and breakfast there and enjoyed both although the menu was slightly limited, it was still very adequate. Really good value for money compared with some of the big chain hotels. We would definitely stay there again.
