Overall it's excellent hotel. Stay was short and did not fully explore all the amenities. I didn't know the VIP amenities exist. In the future I will rebook the hotel IF: 1. There is early check in, late check out. 2. Executive floor. Check in staff did not inform me. 3. Juice bar during breakfast. 4. Chance for upgrade. Thank you for asking for feedback.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this 5-star hotel, and it exceeded all my expectations. The luxurious accommodations, impeccable service, and stunning amenities made for an unforgettable experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a top-notch, indulgent getaway. A bit far away from the old quarter but easy to get transported there.

Spring bed is not comfortable as can feel the springs. Breakfast restaurant do not have proper ventilation. After breakfast, my clothing and hair are fill with cooking smell. Have to wash cloths and shower to get ride of the smell.

Hotel facility is good but the management must learn what is important for guests. Their operation is too old-fashioned. They do not understand the basic life in 2023 in terms of needs to charge devices. Hotel attendants are not thinking, but just standing there. Only when some managers tell something, they start to do something. This means that the hotel management failed in the basic training of their service providers.
