“FELT AT HOME AT THIS HOTEL”

I stayed 10 days at this hotel and was very comfortable. Staff was always very friendly and they always tried to help in any way posssible.. The room was quiet and clean and the international buffet breakfast was more than I ever expected. The hotel was in minutes by taxi into the center and I even walked to the center a few times as the streets and the shops along the way added to a great Hanoi, Vietnam experience. I will stay at this hotel again on my next visit to Hanoi and again I must say that I have stayed at many hotels in many countries and this hotel ranks as one of the top on my list..

“Not Impressed”

Arriving late at the hotel in the evening the staffing was very mininal to greet my wife and I. We had to carry our own luggage and find our room on our own as well, which was uncharacteristic of Vietnamese courtesy. There is also construction on-going at the hotel, that I was not informed about. The Breakfast buffet was delicious, and had a good spread with many Vietnamese dishes as well as western. The internet was not free, and cost per 15 minutes, which came as a suprise when I needed to check it. There was only one local restaurant across the street, which was very satisfactory, otherwise your dining locations would be only accessable by taxi. Otherwise the staff was courteous, helpful, had taxi's available during the day.

I would recommend the French or Old Quarter for the best hotels in Hanoi.

rich breakfast in a comfortable space. close to he temple of literature and market.

the old town around Kiem lake and the Ho Chi Minh museum were wonderful. The temple of literature (University of Konficus) was an amazing place.

“Value for money..”

Staff very polite, cheerful and welcoming... SMiles never ceased from their faces. WIll greet you everytime they see you. Hotel room very spacious, clean and comfortable. Transportation ever available outside hotel (taxis waiting to serve you). Breakfast selection pretty good. Value for money !!!

“Horison Hotel in Hanoi”

Some of the best hotel staff that I've seen anywhere. The neighborhood does not have much real close but you can walk to a couple of tourist locations.
