“Absolutely fantastic stay. Exceptional staff!”

The staff are absolutely brilliant! I have honestly never had better service anywhere. The location is good and central, but the rooms are still nice, clean and quiet. Everyone here is super friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble for them. They speak excellent english too. I would not hesitate to stay here again!

“Great Hotel for the price!”

I think this Hotel is great overall for the price and the convenience of location. The Hotel staff are friendly and helpful, and the Hotel reasonably clean. I was also impressed by the way all the staff on my first day in Hanoi greeted me at the taxi after a long flight and offered me a drink in the lobby. I found my room to be clean and comfortable and the breakfast good, and the staff to be friendly and courteous. This is a new Hotel and all the staff it seemed were eager to hear about any complaints so they could rectify them straight away. If i ever travel to Hanoi again in the future, I would recommend this hotel.

“Great hotel with great staff”

Exceedingly charming, warm and friendly staff-- this itself makes this hotel one of the best I've stayed in around the world. The hotel and room is very nice by Hanoi standards-- includes in room AC, fridge, safe, elevator, and breakfast buffet. Very clean and comfortable, quiet with the windows closed. If you book directly from their website, you can get free transport to/from airport with a 3 night minimum, and you pay as you check out. Property is in the Old quarter and within walking distance (or cheap taxi ride) of most Hanoi tourist spots. It is also near the backpackers hostel, and the famous "bia corner" by several blocks, so there are dining and and entertainment options catering towards the western tourist nearby.

“Wonderful & Friendly Hotel”

This hotel is a jewel. From the moment we arrived the staff went out of their way to make us feel at home and comfortable. The staff even made a big effort to learn sign language as one of our party is completely deaf, it meant a lot to him and us. The rooms were not big, but they were clean and had big screen TV's. Free water supplied each day and a bath in the bathroom's was nice to come back to at night. The buffet breakfast daily was ample and we had a great range offered. I could not recommend this hotel highly enough to others. Again the staff there, Jenny, Cherry and others made our stay so enjoyable.

“Great Service!!”

We stayed at the Hanoi Holiday Diamond Hotel for four nights while visiting Hanoi. We were very impressed with the service and the hotel. A big thank you to Jenny, Tracey and staff who made our stay in Vietnam a memorable experience. The room was clean and even included a computer with internet! As we had an early morning flight we had to leave at 6am the day after new years and despite it being a public holiday the hotel arranged a drop off and even made us breakfast to take to the airport! We would reccomend this hotel to anyone who looking to visit Hanoi, you can assure you will be looked after and recieve 5 star service.

We especially liked the friendliness and efficiency of the hotel staff who made you feel very welcome but also every room has aircon, free safe, free wi fi, samsung flat screen TV and DVD and it's own computer and fridge. Ideally placed in the old quarter of Hanoi.

good central location, nice rooms, great breakfast, wifi etc but what made this place standout where the staff. friendly, helpful and always there to help with whatever you asked them.

“Overall happy with stay”

We stayed for a duration of 7 nights. Very warm welcome from the staff (managers to bell boys) throughout the stay. Level of English was pretty decent and made communication easy. They had a relatively fun Christmas eve night. Recommendations: -> Change your USD to VND with them is fine. Not much diff from the bank and they actually follow bank's rates which is pretty decent. -> If you want to book your trips eg HLB, I think it is ok to book with them. -> Breakfast spread was pretty nice. Final checkout was very easy and our bill was clearly written.

“Nice practical hotel”

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff were a bit too friendly that it was almost irritating. The location is good, but theres a number of seedy backpacker style bars nearby and we had to walk a bit further to find somewhere nice to eat dinner. The room is good, theres a computer in there, a safe and cable tv. Breakfast was great too.

Good location. Friendly, english speaking staff, at times overfamiliar. Definitely a hotel I would recommend....good value for money.
