Perfect for the price, great staff and breadfast
I just spent a month living at the hotel. If you request a room in the back, it will be quite. It is well located, the staff are amazing, they all speak English and are helpful.

The staff are extremely nice and helpful, however the property needs some work. On some sites this property is a 4 star but I’d give it max 3. The was an odd window in our bathroom looking into the common hallway, the common area facilities were dirty, and the floors in the room needed to be cleaned. The location is great and walkable.

All of the stuff were friendly and attentive. They tried to help their guests in an utmost effort. Especially Dragon who was nice and energetic to give useful information and took a very good care of all his customers. We didn’t ask for everyone’s name but all of them were nice, polite and attentive. Thanks a ton for making our stay enjoyable.

Fine, but...
The hotel is in general OKAY. Good location, breakfast seemed good choice with attentive, friendly, helpful staff. The minus is it’s too noisy with group tourists from abroad who did make a lot of noise and let their children “do it your self” by knocking and buttoning my door! Technical guy was wished to be better: I asked to fix the aircon, fine only for that night, dead next morning!

Great stay
Everything went good. The pool could of been a little cleaner but the rooms were cute and clean. They brought us an extra pillow and blanket so our little kids could sleep on the floor and they also gave us tips from the front desk on places to go in the area. Overall a very good stay and a great location!

Okay hotel, not a 4 star in my opinion, staff could not speak English, but were friendly. Internet was non-existent. Room was not clean, bed sheets old and stained, rooms were noisy. Nice location, hotel could be better, rooms need renovation desperately.

Amazing staff
Hotel stall was beyond amazing. Went out of their way to accommodate you. Location is a little far from old quarter but overall there still many shops around to explore. Would definitely come back again.

OK stay, but cleanliness can be improved.
The hotel room was rather small and outdated, some of the furniture was dirty and needs replacement. My main issue was that there were hair on the pillow and bed sheet, which showed that the room wasn’t clean properly. The hotel staff responded pretty promptly & offered to replace the pilow/ bed sheet, but it just put me off already. The hotel location was ok, near to dong xuan market and the top end of the weekend night market. Took approx 10-15mins walk to Hoan Kim Lake. Would try other places next time in Hanoi.

Great hotel
Location of this hotel is great, really easy to get anywhere in Hanoi. The staff are incredibly helpful. We were even given a little bag with drinks and food in when we didn’t have time to grab breakfast before our connection.

When we showed up we were taken to our room (which was not ready). No Towels, no soap Etc. Not a big deal, more annoying then anything. We called down and waited for them to bring everything up. The door would constantly make an alarm sound because it would think it's open. You would need to slam it in order to get it to "register". Again not a big deal. Just annoying. Besides that, the hotel wasn't terrible. not great either. Except for being woken up at 5:30 AM in the morning by people working outside our window and construction going on. This went on for 4 hours. called down several times to the front desk and asked them to stop.. We eventually get up and go check out very tired. If I wanted 5 hours of sleep I would have stayed at the hostel. All in All, one of the worst places we've stayed in. I would have rather stayed at the hostel. Theres lots of hotels in the area. Book a different one!

The hotel itself was clean with good facilities and some nice staff. However, we did one load of laundry and not only did they lose half of it (which was eventually found) they charged us $60 USD. I was floored. We got scammed a lot in Hanoi and this felt like another one.

Good spot, great staff.
Staff were fantastic, breakfast was excellent, pool was small but good. WiFi was poor, there is no gym available for use, there is three machines but they are blocked away behind tables and chairs. The restaurant, spa, and bar are expensive compared to local options but cheaper than a western hotel.

Very clean, spacious room.
Very close to old quarter and night market. Staff at hotel are a credit to the hotel as they have been so helpful to us.

Great hotel
All the staff were very professional and were happy to assist us with anything we required. The rooms are very nice and the hotel is sitauted in a great spot not far from the old quarter. They were all so nice to our children which made us feel very comfortable. Good value for money.

Wow, the photo's of this hotel were deceiving! Wouldn't recommend, suggest you pay a little more, and stay elsewhere. Room was disgusting, unsure if they had changed the linen?? Stain on pillow cover, stain on doona, stained chair. The pool & gym equipment... well, how long have you got?? The staff were very friendly, and had no issues getting a refund, as we literally refused to stay there!

Very Happy with hotel location and service
Service was fantastic door staff and reception we very helpful and accommodating would stay there again only changes that need making was the shower bath situation very hard to shower in the bath especially for older people but everything else was great

Good location.
Good location, walking distance to Hoan Kiem Lake and Don Xuan market. Clean, spacious and beautiful room with comfy bed. Nice breakfast.
