“excellent hotel and superb staff”

Right from the moment we stepped in the door after a long flight from my country we were made to feel so very welcome by the customer service staff. Our room was spacious, comfortable and very clean each day. Great open feeling in the lobby, good location, nice decors at lobby. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We booked our trips to the north and Halong Bay at hotel travel desk and got high quality. Highly recommend both hotel and tour arrangement. P/S: Should contact this hotel for pick up service because the taxi scam at Noi Bai (Hanoi) airport is at alarming level and is recently out of control of the Airport Authority. Unscrupulous drivers on their fake taxis prey any naive traveler to rip them off.

“Amazing hotel and excellent quality for service”

Amazing area of Hanoi, We loved the location. Left next to Opera house, right next to Water puppet theatre and short walk to Hoan Kiem lake. No claim about the hotel. Mr Hung - the receptionist very kind. He gave us the city map with instruction when we went out. Manager Moki and his cabinet were superbs! Room nicely decorated and great view of city. It was clean and nice and perfect for what we needed. I would definitely stay here again

“Excellent Location for exploring Hanoi- Great hotel”

The hotel is located in the Old Quarter, right in the central of tourists attractions. The room was large, clean and airy. The staff serves the customers very carefully from arriving till we leave. They are willing to help, and give us alot of good advice on places we should visit in Hanoi . They offered us the trip to Halong Bay and Hoa Lu Tamcoc with very reasonable prices and good quality. We had an unforgettable time in Ha Long Bay. The hotel is what I've come to expect from the hotel. We like staying here again when we return.

“Best hotel in Hanoi down town”

We highly recommend this hotel for the following reason: A perfect hotel in a great location. The staff was one of the friendliest I've ever encountered, from the host upon arrival to the valet guys to the front desk team. Everyone was so welcoming, helpful, and genuine. My room was terrific, with plenty of space, a great view, and extremely well appointed. Breakfast was buffet and free and very good quality.

“Excellent facilties, good location and cheap price”

We have no choice when rate this hotel except excellence. This is a great hotel and probably the best hotel not only in Hanoi but also in Vietnam. Our room was so large and so nice. TV is LCD Flat which we never seen at other hotels in Vietnam even 5 star hotels. Bath-room is not so large but modern and very comfortable. Breakfast is buffet serving from 6.30 to 10.30 AM with many choices and really good. Staff is superb! Overall it respresents good value for money and I will certainly stay there again next time.

“Perfect in all for Thaison Palace Hotel”

We really enjoyed staying at this hotel. Excellent location in old quarter, easy walking distance from the hotel to tourist’s attraction places. The staffs were helpful and friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. I liked especially the large shower in the room. I was very impressed with the hotel considering the reasonable price, it looked a lot nicer than I expected and seemed to have quite a lot of facilities such as safe- box, computer available in our room. We booked the pick- up service via Mr. Kenny and got fast reply from him 9 Veru pro). He also booked for us the Halong Bay Trip on Glory Cruise and Sapa Trekking tour for 2 nights there... Everything was great! We liked this hotel and will return again soon.

“Great hotel in perfect location.”

The hotel is really nice. It's value for money. The room was nicely decorated and clean. I had free buffet breakfast and it was really good. The shuttle to the aiport was perfect. We booked our trip to Halong Bay and Sapa trekking via this hotel ( Moki - Hotel manager) and they exceeded our expectation.

“A great hotel in a great location and amazing staff.”

We just booked 1 night first but ended to be 4 night and it was a really good time. During the entire time in here, thing was going really smooth without any mistake from the welcome email to the service and people. We found a special offer through Expedia so we got heap of extra for our reservation. Personally I was really impressed with the service and people. Thanks for Mr.Moki and his cabinet and we really appreciated his helps. Before our arrival, he took a really good care of our email request and question and until the time when we arrived here. Also, all of the staff fromThaison Palace ‘s team was so friendly, kind and helpful. Hotel facilities are up to date or in the other word are modern. We got a big flat screen TV with a huge amount of channel, high – speed Wi-Fi for my lap. Room was very clean and we just love the bed. It is really big and comfy which we never seen before in my life of traveling. the Buffet Breakfast was included and very tasty and it is on the top list of my recommendation. We booked via Mr. Moki the Halong Bay trip for 2 days and 1 night on Golden Lotus Cruise and totally satisfied- Very nice and really a luxury boat.

“The best hotel in the Hoan Kiem area”

We have just returned from spending 3 nights at Thaison Palace Hotel. The hotel itself is in a very good location which is just two minutes away from almost attractions in the old quarter. Staffs are very nice and speak good English. We are not from the nation speaking English but her English certainly good. The young manager ( Mr. Kenny) is very smart and friendly. We met him from the email and had some great conversation during our stay. He gave us heap of brilliant tips to avoid the common problem with foreign traveler. He helped us to booked the trip to Halong Bay and Sapa trekking with excellent quality and good price. We really appreciated the people in here and what did they do to help and serve us. The rooms are excellent and the beds are very comfortable, just what was needed after a day of walking around for the city trip and the bathroom are large and very tidy.

“Best budget hotel in Hanoi!”

Was this hotel awesome? Yes it was. The hotel is located on the upper east side of Hoan Kiem Lake. It was only a 5-10 minute walk to everywhere. The lobby was inviting and the staff were very eager and gave us the rock star treatment. We were upgraded to a superior room. Note when we came back after our trip to Ha Long Bay we were back in a standard room, only we couldn't tell the difference. Both rooms were spacious, nicely decorated, very clean, and super cozy. The bed itself, which was memory foam, was especially comfortable. The free breakfast...oh, the breakfast. It was better than most you'd get at a US hotel. Delicious. Fresh. Local and western choices. The best items were the fried spring rolls and Vietnamese coffee with sweetened condensed milk. Mmmmmmm. We have nothing bad to say about the hotel and would absolutely stay there again. The only not-so-positive: the hotel also functions as a travel agency and one of the staff members tried to steer us from our reservation to Ha Long Bay with a competing agency in favor of one of their own by "offering to confirm our reservation" with that company and then telling us it wasn't a valid phone number. We were confident in our reservation and kept it anyway and sure enough someone came to get us in the morning. However, one thing he said was true: make sure you have an actual boat name if you want a nice stay on Ha Long Bay. Fyi, the name on the building only reads "Thaison Hotel" instead of Thaison Palace Hotel.
