“Wonderful and Impressive Clean Cozy Family like staff and Quietness in the midst of Hanoi!”

I had a wonderful time in Hanoi! and a great part of it was the hotel, the hotel staff, and how helpful and friendly they were. The hotel location is right on north of Dongxuan market and the night market, 10-15 minute walk to West Lake. The hotel also helped me book a one day Halongbay trip which was great. In the midst of Hanoi, with its many motorbikes, the time hotel is a quiet, clean, cozy home. The room was very clean, airconditioner worked great, and the room even had a PC! Whenever i needed help, someone was readily available to help. Thank you so much. I would definitely return again!

“Very Impressive Little Hotel”

Time Hotel is really a 4 stars hotel at an affordable price. The hotel is new and the service is excellent. It's centrally located in Hanoi but quiet. It is really a hidden gem in Hanoi. A friends that stayed at other hotel in Hanoi moved to the Time Hotel because it was just the best hotel for the price. I am extremely happy with this charming hotel.

“A great place to stay !”

I highly recommend staying at The Time Hotel. The staff made my stay a lot of fun. The hotel is in a great position as I was right in the heart of the old quarter. The staff welcomed my return each day and always asked what I had visited and also recommended places to see. Room clean, comfortable and had everything I needed. If I return to Hanoi I will definitely go back to The Time Hotel.

“A jem of a hotel”

We're so glad we stayed at this hotel. About 2 minutes after booking we had a personal email from the hotel confirming one of our questions about number of beds and we were really pleased to hear that we could fit all 4 of us (2 adults and 2 kids) into one of their suites - a nice change for Vietnam. They also arranged a private car to pick us up at the airport for a very reasonable price and so we avoided the feeding frenzy which is the taxi rank at Hanoi Airport. The welcome was like nothing else we've had in Vietnam and check in was very efficient. The room we had at the back of the hotel was great. Very quiet. The fixtures and fittings were first class - plasma screen, pc in the room. nice art. The hotel helped us organise a trip to Halong Bay and got us a good deal with the Opera cruise. We'd planned to spend 2 nights at the hotel, take a trip to Halong bay and then have 2 more nights. However our kids got sick and we were worried that we'd either miss the trip or have to pay a hefty fee to change. However the hotel staff managed to change our booking by a day for a minimal charge which was great. Glad we hadn't booked with a local agent. The staff were also great helping us with our sick kids - they recommended some local medical centres and one of the girls even wanted to come with us to help translate. All in all, the best hotel we've stayed in in Vietnam with genuinely helpful staff who were very very attentive.

“Perfect in every way !”

This hotel was the best one I stayed in during my 16 days trip of Vietnam. The hotel is clean, quiet and my room which I stayed in was spacious and well appointed. The hotel is located close to the Hanoi Old Quarter but more quiet than hotels that are located directly in the Old Quarter. Staff was incredibly nice and extremely helpful. They made arrangements for tours, taxis, prepared great breakfasts and all of this with a smile and an exceptionally nice manner Highly recommend this hotel!

Great place, very clean, very professional, staff extremely helpful. Wish we stayed here instead of Hanoi Stars 3...what a dive that was!

“Time Hotel Hanoi...comfortable”

The staff were friendly and most obliging ,organizing transport and suggesting activities for us. Computer service in the room was great as was the breakfast which is included in the tarriff. The TV was very good too. Our room was at the back of the hotel and very quiet. They also stored our large cases while we went to Halong Bay for a 3 day cruise. All in all, a comfortable hotel to stay in. They also met us at the airport which I had requested. It would have been good if they had replied to the email to confirm that. It was only $18 which was reasonable I thought.

“Not at all impressed”

When we checked in, we were given a room on the 4th floor, towards the back of the building which was good from a sense that it was quiet. It was quite dark though and overall had a dingy feel to it. The room also had an overwhelming smell of mold as soon as you opened the door. When we asked the front desk if we could see another room, they told us to turn on the air conditioner to help with the smell. Needlesstosay, even though we were booked here for 3 nights we checked out after 1 and checked into the Movenpick, which was lovely. The breakfast buffet was pretty limited, but hey, it's free. The upper outdoor patio has nice views, but again, the whole place just feels a bit dirty/dingy.
