The area for breakfast was too small, not enough tables to sit. Poor breakfast, the quality of breakfast was low. Thin walls you could hear person next door snoring. But it was good that all doors to the property were locked and smoke free. Hallways clean and everyday housekeeping.

Property overall was nice. Housekeeping was friendly. Front desk was nice, too! Only issue is with the tub and sink. After one person showered, we had to wait 30 minutes for the tub to drain for the next person to shower. Same w/the sink. It took too long to drain if you let the water run.

Julian was the front desk worker when we got to our hotel. After a ling 3.5hr flight and a horrific mishap at the car rental place we were tired and annoyed by thw time we finally made it to our hotel to check in. Julian made the whole night better with just a big smile and amazing hospitality! He was extremely friendly and welcoming and made us feel so much better, and changed our mood right around! Thank you so much for your genuine cheer! The young lady that checked us out was also so sweet and had such a warm welcoming smile!

Great family hotel. Loved our spacious two bedroom suite. Downside was the extremely hard and uncomfortable sofa bed. Buffet breakfast was very good! Bathroom walls could use a wash and bathroom fan should be replaced. All in all we'd stay again!

The Check in was quick and easy. I broke the room on Tuesday through Wednesday 19th and 20th , And I called the hotel to ask for a room on the bottom floor and was able to switch. When we into the room it was exceptionally clean and more than what we expected in a hotel room everyone was courteous and easy to work with. My wife had an appointment for surgery and at Elmwood hospital and it took us maybe 5 minutes to get there from the hotel which was perfect again Well recommend this hotel And family Have a merry Christmas merry Christmas and a happy new year. There was a terrible musty smell in the room. The extra bed was just a plastic hump to sleep on. The regular bed was clean and the bathroom was clean but the smell was terrible. There was a damp feeling in the room. Nothing like on the web that showed a different picture.We won't be back.

There was a lot of construction going on and the hotel was in a very industrial area. There weren’t many stores super close by. Also, there was NO breakfast as advertised. We were told the delivery truck did not arrive on time which is understandable. What made me upset was no one had a contingency plan or stepped up to take control of the situation. The staff looked bewildered and unprofessional. The basic message was “you’re on your own”. Not even drinkable water or coffee was available. I have NO intention of ever staying there again.
