Great place for a good night's sleep

If you're just looking for a place to sleep for the night, this is an excellent choice. The room was clean and comfortable and the cold breakfast was fine for getting back on the road quick.

Location: We visited Bighorn Canyon (Yellowtail Dam) National Recreation Area and then went onto Little Bighorn Battlefield.
The room set-up and security (doors in and out of the hotel) were very good.

I asked for non smoking room. I was given a room right next to the no smoking section. The hall reeked of smoke. It came in under my door so I had to put towels under it. I requested a pet friendly room when I booked. They gave the room to someone else. My little Shorkie slept in the car. It was noisy, dirty and uncomfortable.

Enroute stay

Posted Jun 13, 2014
Pros: The only thing positive about this motel was the location to our drive.
Cons: Almost everything
Location: There is a DQ, a Pizza Hut and a Taco John's close by. Also the town is apparently only about 1/2 mile away, but it is a pretty "rough" area.
Very slow check in process. The clerk seemed to have some "colorful" nickname which was apparently a license to be abrupt. Very expensive ($96) for basically a "hole in the wall". If you're upstairs, there is no elevator, which was OK, except the stairs are narrow and difficult to manage. There is also a HUGH truckers stop across the street, I.e. starting/stopping engines, air brakes, etc.

Easily found location

Pros: Liked the location,.room, and appearance.
Cons: Brighten the room
Location: Gas, and dining are located near. Battle of the Little Bighorn 10 minutes away.
Our room was cleaned awesome! I have been housekeeping supervisor for few years, so I check everything. Although when greeted by front desk person he seemed very grumpy, and didn't greet me really at all. He did not make me feel welcome. Didn't see any other staff. Liighting in room though was very dim.
