Pros: When they agreed to Include Breakfast in my Package which may be by mistake they did not have mentioned in their records but later on they confirmed
Cons: Try to become Professional and Mark of Quality not by words but by Actions.
Location: Rafting, Gita Bhawan, Parmarth Niketan Aarti, and Beware of UnDue Advantage taken by Auto Rickshaw Owner/Drivers for Extra Fare when you are Unaware.
1. I was scheduled to arrive at 11:30am but I arrived at 10:45am, Reception Desk helped in early Checkin (Positive) 2. Later I asked Hotel Staff to tell me about what my Package Includes like, Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner, though I knew it what it had. 3. I came to know that it included nothing, while in actual it had Full Breakfast (Free) 4. Later on after enquiry & everything Hotel agreed without any problem to provide the same. 5. But Food was below Average. 6. Whenever I ordered food they provided me with what I did not Order or with Incomplete / Delayed Delivery Like if I ordered to bring "Alloo ka Parantha , they brought me Gobi & Alloo mixed Parantha" , I ordered Grilled Veg Sandvich they brought me Plain/Normal Sandvich, like this and so forth. 7. At Night, during sleeping hours, our Next Door Visitors were making Very Loud noises and everything which made us very uncomfortable to go to bed, we informed Reception but no action were taken, then at last I (myself) had to go out knock there Door and tell them to be in Limits and Discipline and Respect others Stay at Hotel. So What Was All That??? Is this what I was there for ??? If someone can easily afford all this with Love & Affection then its Good...

Adequate but no frills- not even storagePosted Mar 29, 2013 on Hotels.com
This hotel wasn't expensive but it also wasn't cheap for the area. It was relatively quiet, especially for being somewhat close to a main road in town. One night some guests next to us got very rowdy and the hotel staff took care of it with quite swiftly (without us asking) which was great. It had a lovely view across Lakshman Jhula and the Ganges. Monkeys were in the neighborhood which made it fun. It was a convenient five minute walk to the footbridge with interesting vendors and restaurants along the way. That being said, I was disappointed the room had no space to store clothing (we used one shelf on the aluminum TV stand to help). The shower was open to the rest of the bathroom as in many hotels in India, but the drainage was poor and it tended to pool up at the foot of the sink and toilet. Yuck! They also used moth balls in their sink to keep pests away which was rather unpleasant. Finally, there was a suspicious miscommunication about the laundry fee, which led to an eventual compromise to only charge us three times the original quote instead of six times the original quote. There was no internet access and we didn't eat in their restaurant as it just wasn't a terribly inviting area. It's not a disaster to stay here and you will be safe and sleep pretty well, but personally I'd pick another hotel next time around.
