Our two night stay at Stocks Manor was perfect. We were warmly welcomed by Stephen when we pulled up and immediately felt comfortable. Our room was beautiful with lovely furnishings, a very comfortable King bed and a clean and modern bathroom. Flat screen t.v., iPod adaptive clock radio and free WiFi provided our modern comforts.
The grounds/view are just beautiful and our breakfasts were divine.
Stephen and his wife KJ went out of their way to create a dining experience that was more than just good food. The dining room and table settings were fitting for this grand old home and along with our relaxed conversation with the owners, made for a delicious time in more ways than one.
We love to stay at B&Bs for the personal touches and homey feel and Stocks Manor gave us just that and more!

"Quiet, clean and comfortable at an excellent price"
My family and I experienced an enjoyable stay. We were very pleased with our room and the kids loved the pool! We appreciated the quiet, clean, comfortable room and it was right off the highway with several places to eat very close by. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was limited continental breakfast. Staff was friendly. We appreciated the low rate, easy access to hershey park, and quiet hotel. no smoking and no pets at all in hotel, and that was appreciated.

Although this hotel is really a roadside Motel, you won't find a more quaint and friendly place to bunk in Hershey. Your room will be clean and there are no bedbugs. The Air Conditioner works and the water is hot when you need a shower. You've got a fridge and microwave oven and you feel safe enough to sleep with the door wide open! Yes, the carpet needed changed 17 years ago and the bedspreads are uglier than mud, but the sheets are fresh and clean and you can watch the owners carry the piles of clean linens around when they do their morning housekeeping. Now, about the owners...I'll just call them "new Americans" who are working night and day on their American Dream. They will greet you with a smile and a kind word and you'll see them doing the housekeeping the next morning. They have a small fridge in the tiny lobby with water and soda for weary travelers or dehydrated and amused park people. The rare occurrence of seeing a bowl on the tiny fridge to promote the honor system in paying for your refreshments is unheardof these days. You'll find that trust and hospitality here.

I was comfortable and the room was clean. The tub fawcett handle needed replacing and the shower head needed updating. But after putting the tub handle back on I was able to take a quick shower with warm water. The soap amenity is the smallest sliver of soap I've ever seen at a hotel but it was fine for a shower. The price was great. I felt safe and the room was clean and it's very convenient to everything in Hershey and considerably less costly. I'd stay here again if I just needed a place to crash at night, shower in the morning and go.
