“Splendid hotel”

Vast lobby, very smartly designed to be cozy at the same time. Very friendly reception staff, who gave us free breakfast coupons, even though we didn't ask for them. Spacious, airy, impecably clean room with 2 fantastic, wide beds and a large LDTV. A small sore is the outdated air conditioning - apart from being a little too noisy, the indoor unit is located under the window, hence, the curtains can't be fully shut- their railings just don't envisage for that. Excellent for the early birds who like to wake up with the first beams of the son. Not so good for the owls, I'm afraid... Strangely enough, the hotel's restaurant O'Reily has no wine list. There's only one varietyof wine sold by the bottle, while several varieties are sold by the glass. Normally it's the other way around, isn't it.

Very nice hotel. Many conveniences including onsite restaurant, bar and hotel lounge. Staff was very pleasant.

hotel staff was friendly at the front desk. our request for a crib for our 5-month old baby was promptly accommodated. hotel maintenance came to our room right away to fix a busted light bulb. room was spacious & clean. bathroom was of average size but clean. would definitely come back to this hotel for another family trip to Hershey.

“Exceed my expectation”

This was a great hotel for the price. Very close to Hershey and has lots of choices of food up and down the road from the hotel. The indoor pool was a nice size and my kids did not want to leave. Hershey park is an annual trip we take as a family, been to other hotels in the area that were worse, can not wait to come back next year.

“Met Expectations”

I was in town for two nights and one day. The hotel was quiet and out of the way from the hustle and bustle of traffic. Everything was clean and the front desk person was helpful when I needed information or assistance. The hotel has a really nice swimming pool, which I took advantage of in the afternoon. Nobody else was using it. There is also a nice work out room with a variety of nautilus weight machines and treadmills, bikes, etc. Overall a great hotel!
