I have stayed here before, so I sort of know what to expect. For the price, it isn't a 5-star hotel. Overall, its a decent place for the money, and in a safe area with a restaurant right next door, but I did have a very noisy next door guest who had the television at full volume until late into the night. Check in was a bit slow with a couple checking in ahead of me that seemed to take forever and they were paying cash for their room. The breakfast was so-so. Lukewarm eggs and sausage, and basic breakfast items were standard fare. It had snowed and was very cold on my visit and while the parking lot was plowed, the walkways and approach to the entrance were not cleared well and/or salted, so it was definitely a bit treacherous there. Still, close to where I needed to be, easy in and out and I'd give it an 8 out of 10.

Not the worst
Hotel had some new carpets and was mostly clean. Refrigerator was making a sound so loud we couldn't sleep so I had to unplug it then we were woken up at 5am by a loud profanity laced argument in the room next door. Breakfast eggs were watery and coupled with a thin hard breaded chicken patty. I'll probably look elsewhere next time

Everything was fine for a business trip. I wasn’t aware they were under construction and the carpet was r completely torn out in the hallway outside my room. This caused a bad smell and a lot of dust and stuff to be tracked into the room. It was odd that it was torn out my entire 3 day stay. You usually want to get carpet torn out and replaced in a one or at most 2 day job. Everything else was great and I’m sure it will be really nice when they are done. Looking back if I had been told I would have requested a room away from the construction area.

They tried to suffocate us!
Room had a heater on that smelled horribly, made us choke. We had to stand outside for an hour to clear our airways. If we would have stayed we probably would have died on some Romeo & Juliet. They did change our room but we had to downsize & wasted an hour we didn’t actually have.

Good stay, they are currently remodeling so a little dirty. The room was nice, the single king bed room had a love seat in it. Nice to sit n watch tv. Near by restaurants, and some offer a discount if you show your room card!

The Hotel is renovating the first floor. Was traveling with 84 yr old mom. No elevator First floor everyday had dust in the hall with a plastic covering on the carpet making it hazardous for my mom to walk on. Complimentary breakfast was good. Housekeeping came early in the morning when asked to come back in an hour-didnt know what I was saying . no english speaking housekeepers. When they did come in to clean no cleaning was done just change towels make bed and empty trash. No surfaces wiped or mopping done. very disatisfied.

Find another hotel
The sheets were clean, the bed comfortable and the breakfast great. HOWEVER, the rest of the hotel was in terrible condition. There were "pardon our dust" signs out, but it did not look like it was being improved, just terribly run down. The entire hotel had a strange odor. We took a rickity elevator up to the third floor. When we went to go back downstairs, the elevator had a "out of order" sign on it, so we tried to take the stairs. The stairs' door, was blocked by a rug and we literally had to use two people to push the stair door open. When we finally got to the lobby, they said the elevator should not have had an out of order sign on it. (??) Our room had black tape holding the carpet down. There was a strange white band around the edge of the room. The sink countertop was held up by an unfinished 2x4 board. On top of all of that, we were awoken at 2:30 in the morning by some lady screaming at her partner for over an hour! When we went to call the front desk, we realized there was no phone in the room.

I knee when i chose this hotel it was good at best. When we got there, there was a sign on the door apologizing for construction. ...which is not an issue honestly. The gentleman at the front desk upon arrival was very friendly and accommodating. We went to the room whicb had some minor signs of construction but clean. The bed was terribly lumpy, but that may be a personal comfort issue. The night was without issue. However at 8am we were woken to the extremely loud sound of a Sawzall....sounding like it was right next door. If you are going to keep your hotel open during renovation, separate the guests from the construction as best as you can. We decided to leave immediately due to the noise. On our way out the elevator wasn't working, so carrying bags down 3 flights of stairs is never fun. Over all it was not a good experience.

I didn't know tgat renovations were going on at the hotel. Drywsll dust throughout the room, baseboards missing and sheetrock mud tracked down the hallway. We were not informed that the water was being shut off for over 2 hours. Booked my stay for 4 nights but only stayed 2. Would like a refund for the 2 nights i didn't stay there. Won't stay at that particular Best Western again. Total disappointment.
