“Horrible”
This hotel almost stopped making Hershey the sweetest place on earth. When I first walked in there was still trash in the room. My TV did not work. I went to use the bathroom sink and there was no water coming out! When I looked underneath the sink, to my surprise I found no pipes connected to it. The molding in the room would fall off every night. The pool was small and not very clean. Service was horrible, management would say they would send someone and never come through. At the end of the day, all we got was an "I'm sorry, and here's a 10% discount for when you stay again" Horrible experience overall! Definitely do not recommend. It's worth paying a few more bucks to be as comfortable as possible.
“If you have the extra money don't stay here!”
This hotel wasn't the cleanest, the service was terrible, and the breakfast was a joke. The location to the park was the best part of the stay. If you are a light sleeper, don't stay here. We could hear everything outside our door the whole night!
“not what we expected”
We did not expect the hotel to be as run down as it was. They claimed to have had upgrades recently but we saw none. They air condidtioner was broke and leaking in the first room they gave us so we had to change rooms. The hotel was obviously old and needed many repairs and some paint. There was a used diaper on the pool deck that remained there the entire time we stayed. The staff was friendly but didn't seem to know anything about managing a hotel. We were disappointed with the condition of the hotel. It was not what we thought it was going to be. It was at a great location be we would have rather driven farther for a nicer hotel.
