“Comfortable and Convenient”

Beautiful room; hotel staff friendly and helpful; excellent location and parking (once it was located behind the hotel), was very convenient.

“Great Place in Carlisle”

This was my first time to Carlisle,PA and we had a great trip. This hotel rocked. It was super conveniently located (we didn't even use the rental car while we were there) and it was clean. The staff was amazing and very helpful. The room had a 32" Panasonic plasma TV which was cool and it also had a mini-fridge to store your own food and drink. Two thumbs up, 4 starts, etc... Great place

“Best in Carlisle”

Centrally located and easy access to the town center. I have stayed in this hotel more then 5 times and its a pleasure each time.

“Great Location”

Located in downtown Carlisle, a block from the town square. We didn't check out the hotel restaurant for dinner but the adjoining sports-bar was a good place to end the day. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Complementary breakfast was limited but adequate. Parking in a municipal lot next to the hotel was very reasonable. The staff were friendly and professional. A very enjoyable place to stay; a great alternative to the hotels by the PA Turnpike.

“Great location, decent room”

This hotel is located in downtown Carlisle and is close to shops, restaurants, and garage parking. My room was modern and in good repair, but it was only adequately clean. That said, I'd stay here again because the location is ideal. I'd also recommend this to others who want to spend time in Carlisle.

“A beautiful hotel in the historic district....”

...but expect to pay $3.00 a day to park your car in the garage. With the price I paid for the room the parking should have been free.

“little pillows”

The hotel was fine, except that the pillows were small, more like couch pillows

Several guests including myself had problems with th key cards.

this was our first get away since our children were 4 and 2 there 21 and 17 the bathroom needed to be cleaned and there was a person screaming through the hall at 3:30 in the morning. And to put the icing on the cake every little town could use a vacationing couple to spend a little money there but the money that you would of spent goes to say in the room because of a event that is going on. Everything should stay the same. And an elderly lady complained about the screaming man and they just told her i'm sorry but there is nothing i can do about it. They advertize 2 diamond they need to work a little harder even to be 2 diamond. i work in a five Diamond hotel and we all work together and listen to any and all and go above and beyond to make anyones visit wheather there first or 100th time to stay,to be as warm and friendly of an experinence.
