Went with family friends and kids, the property never mentioned about the pool was out of order, has to vacate next day. The kids fun ruined.

Dear Guest, We apologies for the issues you had with the pool but due to a surge and short in the water heater we were advised to closed the pool by the pool company at the since Thursday. This was unintentional and we had to wait till a technician comes out and diagnosis an issue. We appreciate your feedback. Thank you.

The staff were very ‘functional’
Not necessarily cold, but I was expecting a little more friendliness given they were in the hospitality industry.
No issues with the hotel though- about 10 minutes from Hersheypark; access to Walmart about 2 miles away; Giant supermarket about 2.5 miles away. The area itself was undergoing some construction and roads were a little confusing, but the hotel was a standard 2-3* facility. Nice bonus was the warm breakfast options: scrambled eggs with sausage patties and links.
Decent place overall.

Your staff is very good and you should commend them. The facilities were average or above although they are starting to get tired. However your staff more than makes up for any deficit that might be noticied. I am handicapped, I appreciated that there was adequate parking for those of us whose walking is somewhat limited.

Entrance was not well marked. Missed it twice, arriving and coming back from dinner. Construction has made it very difficult to see the opening.
Staff at the hotel were very nice, said hello and good evening. They were very helpful in dinner options also.
Entrance and noise, were the reason for four stars instead of five.

Was Def NOT as description. Dirty-mold in bathroom- run down..Wanted to leave as soon as I walked in the room. Expedia is definitely Missleading in their advertising. This is the SECOND time the accomodations were NOT as described on the web site.

We checked into this hotel went to our room unpacked sat on the bed and there were dried seamen stains on the sheets. Not stains that didn’t wash out stains that were not washed which means the sheets were not changed. This totally disgusted us. We called the front desk the girl was very helpful. Switched rooms the new room was ok. No hair dryer but wasn’t a big deal but by this time we were just grossed out

The young lady who checked me in was very nice, friendly, and fast. This is the fastest I've ever checked in at any hotel. Kudos to her for her professionalism and speed. Really enjoyed the morning staff as well - the guy working the desk and the lady who helped with breakfast. Overall, a wonderful stay!!

We only stayed for one night, but we were really pleased with our stay! Our room was clean and nicely furnished. The continental breakfast was well stocked and maintained by staff. Check in and check out was quick and simple. I don't know if we will ever travel through the Hershey area again, but if we do, we'll definitely stay here again!

This hotel is a great value! It is clean and well-maintained. We traveled with two kids. While there, we enjoyed the pool and used the gym. Both are small but get the job done - gym and pool are clean and stocked with towels. The complimentary breakfast was amazing! They offer a good selection of food items.

Area around the hotel was under construction. There were restaurants within a few miles but nothing within walking distance. The air temperature in the pool area was very warm but the water was freezing!

Bed was lumpy. Otherwise, this was a good experience. Breakfast was good. We had two rooms for our family. One suggestion, since check-out is at 11 AM, maybe open the pool at 9 AM instead of 10 AM.

Extremely rude! The bed cover is bad and tattered. The bed sheets are not of the right size, so it came off all the time.
So rude! I extended my stay because I was starting to be feverish. Called up to tell them that I extended through expedia. The indian owner came to the room to give us tissues papers as i refused housekeeping. Too ill. Later, the Indian owner threatened to call the police on us if we didn't change rooms while we had booked legitimately through expedia because they need the accesible room. And told us that it is our fault to book through 3rd party. When i told them that we were too sick to move with fever, they didnt care and wanted to call the police on us. It's my fault. I didn't read the reviews on them. Look at the bad reviews. They are crazy! I am a platinum member for expedia and a diamond member of Delta. Never write a bad review and never been to a comfort inn that is this bad. It's incredible that the Indian owner (who refuses to give us his name) encourages such bad behavior. Comfort inn should not lend their name to them. It's an embarrassment to the brand. They don't have customer service in mind and talked vvv rude!. ITS INCREDIBLE THEY CAN STILL BE IN BUSINESS while there are so many competitors around them.
I never write a bad review. But this time, I must. To warn others. I will escalate this to the comfort inn management and Expedia. I will never ever stay w them. Not worth the feeling of not being welcomed. Such bad bad behavior

Thank you So much for taking the time to give feed back. You made your first night reservation for 1 king handicapped room, which was available for the first night of your stay. You then extended on expedia and did not book a handicapped accessible room as non were available. You booked a normal king suite. You then refused to move for a handicapped guest who had booked the room in October. If you indeed needed the handicapped room - no problem. However being able bodied your disregard for those with handicapped is shameful. This is a simple issue, you have been banned from our property and we stand with ADA and any one with special needs. Have a happy and healthy holiday season.

The amenities were all good, including breakfast offerings like eggs, waffle machine, bacon, sausage, cereals, yogurt, fruit, etc (although the coffee was not good--it definitely needs to improve). Overall, it was clean and kept visually appealing with attentive staff.

Nice property. Normal breakfast buffet that was well maintained. Room was clean and spacious (with the small sitting area). 10 minutes from Hershey Park. Reasonably priced. Not fancy, but it checks all the important boxes for a nice affordable stay. We would stay there again.

The staff was very kind. The pool was not heated the first day, but they got it fixed. Breakfast was good. Room was spacious & clean & decorated nice with area pictures. Need more liquid soap & toilet paper. TV channel selection was DirectTV but kind of limited. Close enough to Hershey but could be closer. Luggage racks not in best shape. Very close to Indian Echo Cavern.
