“Weekend Get-A-Way!”

A really nice and clean hotel. Breakfast was good and plentiful. Breakfast room was clean and had large screen TV with AM news. Coffee available all day and night. Staff friendly and accomodating. Room very clean and comfortable. Only 4 miles to Capitol and about 10 minutes to Hershey. Free cookies at front desk. Very cozy on a cold January get-a-way! National Civil War Museum less than a mile away...inexpensive and interesting.

“Would stay there again”

The area was nice, there were enough restaurants and quick shopping right around the corner and Hershey park was a quick 10 min. away. The room was very clean which was the most important thing to me. It was a tiny bit noisy at night on our side of the hotel which faced the parkway but it really didn't bother me that much, even as a lite sleeper. If we ever went back to this area this is where we will stay.

“Pleasant Surprise”

We stayed at the hotel after a very warm day at Hershey Park. The indoor pool and hot tub were very well appreciated. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The hotel staff was very courteous and friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel and stay there again on future trips to the Hershey area.

I love to travel, between this fact and my business I'm on the road a lot. I've stayed in an unbelievable number of hotels. This place takes the cake. The staff was friendly and more than willing to go out of there way for there customer's. The room had everything anyone could possibly need or want in it. The inddor pool was clean and well kept. I could go on writing page after page with compliment's, but I am given only so much room. I am going back on business next week and this is where I'm staying. The bottom line is - Excellent!!!!!

“Good Value”

Great hotel for the price. Room was clean. Hotel personnel were helpful and friendly. The pool and hot tub were well maintained and underused so it was like having a private pool the two times we went down. Breakfast was decent and included an egg choice daily, sausage, make your own Belgium waffles and various cereals, breads, etc. The neighborhood is very commercial but we did not hear any noise from outside. It was convenient to the highway and the events were were attending which were in Carlisle and Manheim (about a 20 minute drive in each direction).

“Excellent alternative for Hershey”

Great place considering it cost about 1/3 of the Hershey hotel or resort. Only 10 minutes down the road, close to lots of restaurants and shopping. Room was not huge, but very sufficient and very clean. Pool was clean (harder and harder to find these days). Staff very friendly.

“Good quality place to stay near Interstate”

Driving back from the Midwest, we ended up staying in this hotel to avoid Hurricane Irene, rather than rushing home, and right into the storm. It was a very busy weekend, so a lot of other hotels were already booked. The price seemed pretty decent, cheaper than Hampton Inn, and the hotel was just as nice. Our room was clean and comfortable, staff was helpful and nice, security was good, breakfast was good, my son loved the pool (so we spent a lot of time in there). The tiles around the pool were a little slippery when wet (especially for a toddler), and the hotel wasn't near many good restaurants (although the Asian Bistro just down the road actually was quite good). Most of the nearby restaurants were chains like TGIF and fast food. But those are minor complaints, and you can't really expect great restaurants near an interstate. Overall we had a great time and will definitely look for this hotel and other locations of this chain in the future.
