Not what expectedPosted Oct 5, 2014
The service at the restaurant was horrible, took so long to take order. Brought wrong food out and when told did nothing about it. Plus steak was cooked wrong and waitress didn't offer a new one. Room was small than expected, thought I was getting pull out couch. Plus night I was there room rates where 103 and I paid 160. Overall not happy.

DisorganizedPosted Sep 28, 2014
I thought with the name came some sort of guarantee of it being a nice hotel, however the minute we pulled up the valet was a complete unorganized mess! It took a half hour of waiting just for them to take my car. You couldn't even tell who worked there who was waiting etc because people were all over the place. They should definitely get a system in place. Other than that it wasn't the worst hotel ever but it was "wow this is nice" the bed was uncomfortable, the bathroom was small and could tell they tried to do it on a budget. The toilet was slanted the pipes were exposed, it was not one you rather stay in the hotel then go out, that's for sure.

GoodPosted Sep 26, 2014
Convenient location! I needed to be near Harrisburg hospital, it is a block away, + it's in downtown near Strawberry Square, Capitol and a lot of restaurants, and attractions. I Enjoyed just walking around.

Cons: Hotel's liquor license was not valid, so no alcohol available for purchase in hotel. Had to go elsewhere in town to have a beer.
Location: Good for corporate functions. Good local bar scene if you were willing to head into downtown Harrisburg.
Booked due to pricing and quality level close to Hershey. Was a little further away than had thought, but it served it's purpose. Just wish parking was included in the cost of the room, as opposed to being $18/day. It was as much of a public lot as one for the hotel.

Great staff make your visit enjoyablePosted Sep 8, 2014
Pros: Friendly staff
Cons: It was fine for the rate paid. Overall a very nice property.
Location: Near Hershey attractions. We saw a concert at the Hershey Stadium and stayed the night at this property.
Hotel was neat. Staff was very friendly. Facility close to Hershey attractions. Parking is extra, but I expect that is typical in city locations. Overall experience was very nice.

conviently locatedPosted Sep 7, 2014
hotel was easy to access, close to downtown. Valet parking only means be prepared to wait to have you car parked. Hotel good - but some rooms have crappy views at the back in particular lower floors.

Convenient and solidPosted Aug 31, 2014
The hotel is right downtown and near everything. Only downside is the walls a bit thin. My second night a couple with a small child and baby checked into the room adjacent to mine. I could hear the constant crying and screaming of the children
