The staff bent over back wards to help in every area. Having the free ride to the park was a bonus, they gave directions to Lancaster at our request The breakfast was very good. We can't say enough of the staff they were always there and very helpful

Hershey Vacation at Hershey Days InnPosted Aug 2, 2014
Cons: Just keep doing what they're doing. Great place to stay.
Location: Excellent. Everything is within walking distance, a shuttle was available and very accommodating. Staff was excellent. Dining facilities near by.
The room was very clean, the staff very helpful, had a great continental breakfast each morning, shuttle that went to Hershey Park from 10AM - 10:30PM saving me money from having to park giving me more money to spend on my family. Pool was clean, towels always stocked...We didn't want for anything. Excellent place to stay with family and look forward to returning. Everything is within walking distance with several dining facilities near by.

very close to ParkPosted Jun 19, 2014
Pros: Location to Hershey Park, free transport to and from Park is very convenient.
Cons: rooms and exercise room are in desperate need of an update.
The hotel is incredibly convenient with transportation to and from Hershey Park. The breakfast is OK with cramped space for families to sit and eat. A bit chaotic. The lobby, pool, gym area and rooms are in need of an update for the $$ charged per night. If not for the location I would not stay there for the per night charge.

Great place to stay when visiting Hershey ParkPosted Jun 14, 2014
Pros: The staff !! They did an amazing job of accommodating our schedule. They were friendly and helpful and we felt like family ~
Cons: I honestly can't think of a negative aspect of staying at this hotel.
What a great experience ! We decided on a trip to Hershey Park with our granddaughter. While we only live 1.5 hours from the park, we thought it would be easier to stay overnight and go to the park for 2 days. We arrived in Hershey 4 hours before we could get into our room and we took a chance and asked if we could check in early and the staff worked with us to do just that. We were able to purchase our tickets at a discount right at the desk and they have a shuttle bus to and from Hershey Park which saves you parking fees ($12.00) and a lot of walking.

Great LocationPosted Jun 8, 2014
Pros: My teenagers enjoyed the gym area and pool.
Cons: Breakfast is very crowded and needs a better layout, move the "make your own waffle" station (very popular, long line!) away from coffee and juice.
Location: Hershey Park, Tanger Outlets, restaurants, Hershey Museum
Stayed at this hotel before. Located very close to Hershey Park and Tanger Outlets. You can walk to restaurants. Offers free shuttle service to and from the park, very convenient! Room was clean and staff is friendly. Overall, we would stay again.

Good locationPosted Jun 1, 2014
Pros: The location.
Cons: The toilets in the rooms are very low. My husband is over six feet tall and the toilet was too low for comfort.
Location: There is a Rite Aid across the street which is convenient if something didn't packed. There are several restaurants within walking distance.
This hotel is located within walking distance to restaurants and some of Hersey's main attractions. Otherwise, the hotel offers shuttle service to attractions just a little further away.
