During my 2 stays, I was completely satisfied with every aspect of Econolodge.
“"Is There a Chiropractor in the House?"”
This was my first and last time staying at an Econo Lodge. My girlfriend and I decided to stay here because we were going to Hershey Park and it was one of the cheapest places we could find near the park. The bed was like sleeping on a slab of concrete and the pillows were like cinder blocks. The first night in the hotel was the worst night's sleep I've ever had in my life. My girlfriend and I were both in excruciating neck and back pain upon waking up the next day and the pain was so bad that we decided to not even go to the park because we would have been limping around all day. Thus, the uncomfortable room literally ruined our trip. We unfortunately were there a 2nd night and I decided to sleep on the floor rather than sleep on the torture rack bed again. Also, we chose this hotel partially because it advertised a fitness facility and we wanted to work out while away. The "fitness room" consists of three broken pieces of equipment that are unusable, and it's clear that they have the broken junk in there just so they can advertise a fitness facility on the web site. Finally, my neck and my back are still sore and I'm considering making a chiropractor appointment, which Econo Lodge should pay for. Thus, the money you save by staying here is offset by subsequent medical bills. AVOID THIS HOTEL!

poor service. didnt get my wake up call, slept in an hour later. asked for a pillow, made me go to front desk to retrieve in my PJs. not very clean. bed was like a rock. nothing at the hotel was functioning ie back door/ice machine. staff didnt speak good english.

Best place to stay with best customer service. Makes you feel as if you are one of them and feel homely.

Had requested a baby bed - The pack and play they gave us was old and broken.
