Gave us the wrong room and claimed they
don’t even have the rooms that show online. Door to room barely shut. One elevator wouldn’t work going up. We had to get off and wait for the second one. Thin walls. Could hear people in the bathroom next to us actually using the bathroom. Toilet barely flushed. Shower barely drained. Only good part was the breakfast.
Highly do not recommend. Staff is terrible especially the boss. Would never book here again!

I bought the option with breakfast included. The hotel staff tried to tell me only (2) out of the (4) of us had breakfast. They also asked me for a breakfast slip that wasn’t given to me during check-in. (1) elevator doesn’t work properly..they told me to push the numbers hard. I will never stay here again

Nice, clean hotel. Hot water in the shower. Friendly staff. However, a very noisy ac unit. Couldn't sleep. But, they put us in a different room for the second night. Nice TV

Hotel was in a convenient location, quiet and clean.
The only thing I would change is the alarm clock which we didn't know was even there until it went off at 6am. The room next door to us went off automatically 15 min after ours but there was no one there to shut it off...

The room we booked was not what we got! The Expedia representative I spoke with before the trip assured me this was what was booked. I asked her because their were five of us! She said it would be a separate living area and separate bedroom with two queen beds. We stayed for the weekend and wanted room to move about in our hotel room but that didn’t happen. Our room we got was totally cramped with five people in a room. The breakfast was not a hot breakfast there supposedly were pipes broke in the kitchen. Nothing was as expected. The hotel said they couldn’t do anything because we booked through Expedia and had to change it through them. The hotel tried to give us a king suite but we had five people. Just ridiculous and a Bummer! This was Expedia’s fault for not verifying everything with the hotel! You just have the representatives say whatever and take our money & run! The hotel blames Expedia and Expedia blames the hotel. Makes no sense.

Good evening Mr. Adam, I was made aware of your situation, and I have been in contact with Expedia directly because your reservation was input as the wrong rate by expedia, which prevented us from seeing the Breakfast included.When it comes to the check-in experience, would you be able to provide some more details about how terrible your experience was, I want to make sure it is addressed with the associate that checked you in.I will be in contact with the F&B Manager to make sure that the breakfast attendant issue you experienced is also addressed.
This was a last minute booking as we were not happy with our original hotel. Everyone was extremely polite and helpful. Very clean in room, pool and all common areas.

My only complaint was the pillows on the bed were not very supportive. They were too soft. However, that's just a personal opinion.

Our goal will always be to provide the best product possible and the hot tub was in need of renovation and is now back up and running. Overbooked the property and was not able to comfortably accommodate us when we booked a room with two doubles; gave us a king. One elevator was broken and we couldn’t get off on our floor; Had to go up or down one and walk. Hot tub was broken. Pool staff was friendly. Overall poor experience. We weren’t the only people with room issues
