Eva, the main breakfast young lady, and the room services were excellent. I have never experienced such positive and attentive staff in my travels. You have hit gold with your staff.

Property for stay & breakfast was fine. Disappointed pool was closed and did not know prior to arrival.

The room is dark and dingy. The layout is very poor. But the bed is comfortable. A lot of truck traffic in the area.

Everyone. Fromt desk. House keeping. Breakfast. Everything. I flew in from Dallas. My son was sick fir almost a month on the road as a truck driver. So i made way to him . Without knowledge of where I was going. But got there to Pennsylvania. Upon arrival. I texted ofvmy situation. The response i received from the Hampton Inn made cry with joy. Very supportive. I get there and I felt safe . I felt at home. Front desk made sure I had direction to the hospital. And was very concerned for my son. Thank you. He IS ALLOT BETTER WE BOTH HATE TO LEAVE. LOL. But gotta go home. Thank you.

Disappointed about outsourced Hotel Agent conversa
Though I booked this room through Hotels.com. I also called up the hotel and ask if there hot Tub was working (since I've been snake bit in the past of advertising having one, but when I got there they said it didn't work). I also asked the agent if they had an on site restaurant. Which they did (for breakfast) but not for dinner, They did have a Mc Donalds nearby. But when I book a room and call for information. What is lost when jobs are outsourced to other countries is familiarity of the area. I ended up order pizza from a local place that wasn't very good.This has nothing to do about booking my room through Hotels.com, but rather talking with an agent that did not work at the hotel of where I was staying.The spa tub was just what I needed and that's the main reason why I chose this hotel. The local staff we're very helpful.

Pleasantly surprised.
Outside area was a little off-putting. Kind of a deserted area. Pleasantly surprised by inside of the hotel. Nice lobby, very welcoming. Staff was very nice, recommended several places to eat - all local. Room was nice, clean, and updated. Breakfast was standard hotel fare but tasty.

It was very easy to check in-fast and efficient-impressed by the amount of staff you had onsite and that they clean the rooms, all of them, on a daily basis. The rooms are a bit outdated and need more of a crispier look.
