I was really there for a good night's sleep before hitting the road in the morning for another long day of driving. My room was close to the lobby, which I thought might be convenient. But there was rock music playing all night long. I thought it was coming from the next room, but when I got up in the morning and stuck my head out the door of my room, I was stunned to learn the music was from the lobby. You're never going to alienate someone with peace and quiet. I would think this is something basic, as in Hospitality 101. I didn't get any sleep. I won't stay there ever again. There are plenty of other choices.

Family visit
The room was very clean and comfortable. I did not spend alot of time in the room, I was only there for 2 nights, too shower and sleep. The rest of the time I was visiting with family in PA/MD. You get free breakfast, nothing fancy,it would've been nice if there was a coffee pot in the room where you go for breakfast at least during breakfast hours. It would've been nice if they had a refillable filtered water machine to refill your own water bottle like their sister hotel INDIGO. I tried refilling mine from the faucet but the water had a funny taste. Check in and check out was very easy.

The staff were all very nice, breakfast was good and they had nice shower products. The bed was comfortable and appliances were nice. Every single piece of laundry, towels, bedding etc were all stained and dirty. I asked for replacements and they gave me them, clearly right from the laundry service, but they were still dirty. My tub didnt drain either even after they sent maintenance to fix it. I am disappointed with what i paid to stay here, i love IHG properties in general

Great staff. Easy check in through Expedia. Room was musty smelling but I brought a diffuser and that helped. The shower curtain was dingy. Carpet old. Beds were clean and comfortable. Really could use some updating for 200$ a night. We didn’t partake in the breakfast but did enjoy the coffee.

This is a pretty tired and run down Holiday Inn Express. Definitely needs some TLC. Dirty carpets, musty rooms, etc. But the front desk staff was friendly and accommodating when I asked for a different room since the one assigned had a previous smoking guest.

The property was what we expected for a budget hotel. It was fairly clean and facilities were up to that standard. The person at the front desk for check-in was pleasant. When my daughter turned on the shower the house keeping person had turned the nozzle towards the rest of the bathroom area so the bathroom floor got soaked.

Very nice hotel
Very clean and well maintained for an older hotel. Very nice outdoor area with pool. Key card didn’t work to get into door at pool area but worked well on room door. Bed way too soft for me but that’s just my personal preference
