Hallways are long and a little old-looking, but rooms are nice and spacious. No issues with cleanliness, however, the heating/cooling unit in the room had no thermostat, just a "Warmer/Colder" dial and a "Lo/Hi" dial. Using the cooler end of the heating unit on lo setting had the room sweltering hot in an hour's time. Turning it off meant the room got cold quickly (early March). I spent all night getting up to turn the heat on or off to keep the room at a reasonable temperature for my two-month-old baby. When we complained to the hotel, despite their Satisfaction Guarantee, they said they couldn't give us a discount because we were booked through Expedia. I would not stay here again for this reason, despite the nice pool/hottub and overall room cleanliness and spaciousness. Also, the rooms had no mini-fridges or alarm clocks, which seem like basic amenities to me (along with thermostats!)

We were kept awake all night due to the room beside us and loud TV that was on all night. The guest passed out I suppose. It made the stay difficult. Room was worn looking and overall furnishings in bad need of replacing . Housekeeping only placed decaf in the basket which is a real annoyance for anyone wanting their morning java. Manager though was attentive and other staff pleasant. For the dollar though it is not worth it

We stayed here one night before a flight out the next morning. I basically choose this particular hotel because of the free airport shuttle. Please be aware that although many of the hotels in the Lancaster and Harrisburg area claimed to have a shuttle through this website this was not always the case, many of them either did not offer it at all or offered it with inconvenient restrictions and costs. I recommend calling the hotel directly to ask before booking. The hotel was conveniently located to the airport, right off of Exit 2. There are restaurants nearby and on site which also provides room service. Jerry who brought our room service was so friendly and totally worth mentioning! Our King Deluxe Room with balcony was spacious, fairly clean and comfortable. The balcony came in handy for my boyfriend who smokes because otherwise it seemed a trek to the outside areas. I noticed several amenities onsite but didn’t have time to use them. Overall the hotel served its purpose and the ease of the shuttle really made the stay for us.

Cons: Reinvestment. Many deferred repairs/improvements.

When entering the hotel, the lobby is very clean and welcoming. You then go into an elevator that fits 2 people max, walk down 4 hallways with uneven floors and ceilings to get to a room that needs major updating.

The hotel staff was friendly. I thought breakfast was included in our stay-apparently it wasn't, so we had to eat elsewhere (I wasn't paying $10 for a hotel breakfast that some people got for free). The hotel looked old and empty inside. We were told that we were put by the pool (the outside pool, but it was too cold to swim out there). The indoor pool room was cold and the water so so. The carpet looked old and worn everywhere. We didn't have enough towels in our room. The room smelled funny.

Bad Experience

Cons: Everything needs to be updated!
Hotel looks like it hasn't been updated in a very long time. The air conditioning was broken in the restaurant and we were sweating while eating breakfast! According to the staff, the AC has been broken ALL SUMMER! The AC in the room worked, but was dripping all over the carpet. Looks like the owner is afraid to put any money into the dump!

This hotel was Ok. The service was good. Has a nice indoor and outdoor pool which I loved!! One thing I didn't like was that one of the beds in the room was dirty. The bed sheets had Bloodstains and the bathroom curtains also had something red which I think was blood to. They just need to clean the rooms alot better then this would be a great Hotel!

Pros: It's location was this hotel's saving grace. It was not far from the Brownstone Cafe in Middletown which was a lovely breakfast restaurant.
Cons: Where to begin? For us, It was nothing more than a place to lay our heads although there were loads of families using the 2 pools.
Location: Brownstone Cafe in Middletown for breakfast should not be missed.
We just needed a place to sleep so we could leave early in the morning for a train to NYC. The hotel rooms we had were adequate for our purpose. That's the best I can say.
