Airport Transpotation

Chose this hotel as it was close to MDT and they had a shuttle. Took about 6 mins to get to the hotel.

i enjoyed my stay very much at the hotel i had a flat tire when i got there and Mick at the front desk was great. he called got me a price quote, gave me directions etc. he went above and beyond to make me my family and my friends family feel comfortable throughout our stay. i lost or my phone was stolen but not for a second i thought it was the staff there. they were so helpful the house keeping manager i think her name is Jennie and the girl whom cleaned my room Latoya i think. was so helpful in helping me find my phone. despite all that misshap. this hotel is really the Highest quality customer service i have ever had. the carpet in the hallways could be changed but the hotel was clean.

Pros: Airport location and shuttle bus Friendly bar area atmosphere
Cons: Staff training Cleanliness - carpets Acoustics - near swimming pool Security - room saf
Location: One Mexican restaurant within walking distance other than crossing major road.
As per Trip advisor review plus being locked out of my bathroom and having to use one on another floor plus a long walk ; I left a day early than planned I will be much more careful with Expedia bookings in the future. Business users would find this hotel inferior.

Easy to get to and from

The hotel has much potential.... But currently I would deem most of it dowdy. Not necessarily unclean but worn looking. For the price of the room it could be nicer. I will probably not stay here again, was just a matter of convenience.

Not really happy for the price.

For the price you would expect way much more. The pictures look like they are a 5 star inn but in reality it's a star. The indoor pool looks so amazing in the pictures but it was so small. The over all experience wasn't so great. The Inn needs an update. Wouldn't go there again.
