“Went out of their way”

We had a nice stay, enjoyed the pool and the breakfast. Then on our last night I fell and injured my leg while going to a concert. They were so helpful and allowed us to extend our stay one day at the same great rate we got when we booked through Expedia. The maid service made sure we had towels and supplies even though I needed to lay in bed all day and they couldn't come in to clean. They even extended check out an extra hour when I was slow getting moving the next day. We absolutely would stay again. It's not often you find compassion from a business.

The room was very clean with a flat screen tv and very comfortable pillows. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

“Ramada - Harrisburg PA”

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room had a microwave and fridge which were very handy for us. We also partook of the continental breakfast that was available each morning from 6-10 am. The room was comfortable and so were the beds - very much so! The TV worked well although we did not do much watching; we were wiped out after each day at HersheyPark. The only complaint I have is with the hard-to-find entry to the hotel. Even though its address is 300 N. Mountain Rd. it is entered via N. Lockwillow Ave. via the Mikado's restaurant driveway. Good price and value.

This hotel provided excellent service, price, and location for our 4-day stay with grandchildren ages 6 and 5 during our visit to Hershey Chocolate World and Hershey Park. Room was clean, well furnished and comfortable. We did however, note that the area of this hotel between the pool and next-door cafe had a serious moisture/odor problem. If we had been assigned a room in this part I would have demanded to be relocated.

“Better then the last Hotel I stayed at!”

This is the 2nd time I stayed here in a year. The first time I had a Jacuzzi room which was wonderful in Feb. Then in June I went to: Union Canal House 107 South Hanover Street, Hershey, PA and had a horrible stay from the wrong room I booked to horrible service and filthy room... So I booked our 2nd stay here over the weekend 10/29/11 also brought another couple with us. We had a wonderful time; the front desk person was friendly and helpful for to find local restaurants. The computer/Office room was great for my friend had to use it for college email worked fine. We were unable to go in the pool due to a lot of other people utilizing it but looked fun and clean. Pet friendly hotel is always greatly appreciated! Good breakfast as usual, could have used some scrambled eggs or something though. Easy check in and out!

Big , updated and clean rooms for its price. Approx 10 miles goimg to hershey park, outlet. Breakfast not too good. didnt serve any bacon or eggs.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for the weekend so we can go see Hershey PA. I was very happy to find a jacuzzi tub in our room cause I was told there wasn't one when I called to confirm our reservation. The room even had a fireplace! Very nice. The only thing was the bed was very uncomfortable but that's to be expected. Everything else was nice. The breakfast was good even though they didn't have coffee due to the water issue but nothing they could do about that. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to visit, The pool and the whirlpool was very nice and clean also!
