“Pleasantly surprised”

I chose the Red Roof, the cheapest option I found, because I planned on a short stay...just needed a place to arrive late, sleep, and leave early. I was pleasantly surprised with how updated and clean the room was (after staying in other higher-priced hotels of lower quality recently). It was a great choice and had more amenities (microwave and mini-fridge) than expected. Just remember to get your refund if you don't use the safe!

“Good value for the price”

The remodeled rooms were clean and very smart looking. The employees were nice and the free coffee was good. It was not far from downtown. There was a nice 24 hour dinor nearby. It was a fine place just for sleeping. If you have to kill time at the hotel you will miss having a lobby, exercise room, pool etc. There were no cots available.

“Red Roof gets better”

The Red Roof was newly remodeled, cleaner, and better than our previous stays at this location off and on since 1982. It was never bad, but is better now. Only one nit - the coffee was terrible, but there is a McDonalds next door with good coffee.

Easy in and out, friendly staff and very clean rooms. About 15 minutes from Hershey Park, this was a great place to stay.

No problems on our third stay at this Red Roof Inn while visiting Hershey Park. The hotel is a very easy 15 mins from the park and in great condition particularly considering the great price. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful upon late 10:30pm check-in and morning check-out, and room was very clean. Looking forward to visiting again next year.
